Just my favorite hotel in Beijing. Great GREAT value for money. Best way to relax. Everything and everyone fabulous. Awesome for foreigners...felt so SO welcome. I would go every weekend if I could ❤️

The wellness facilities are out of this world. The sauna and steam room were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The pool is a serene oasis, and fitness enthusiasts will love the well-appointed gym with state-of-the-art equipment. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service. Viki and her team went above and beyond in ways I never imagined. On our last day, we had to leave before regular breakfast hours. Without hesitation, they prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for us. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. The rooms are immaculate, the amenities are top-notch, but it's the staff that makes this place shine. They anticipated our every need and made us feel like royalty. If you're seeking a 5-star experience that exceeds all expectations, look no further. I'm already planning my next visit!

The location of the hotel is really good especially for younger people since it is close to Sanlitun District and multiple shopping malls! It is also very worthy of the price considering the room and the quick service! The staff speak English at the reception which it is a plus! Great stay, thank you!

The hotel is very good, cost-effective, and the surrounding supermarkets Lawson, 711, Dexiang Nanmen Shabu-shabu are very convenient. The waiters are warm and polite, and the late check-out at 2 o'clock is very humane. I was very nervous when I saw the bad reviews before the trip, but I felt at ease when I arrived at the hotel. The room is clean and cleaned every day. It is very close to Qianmen subway station, and it is very convenient to take Line 1 and Line 2

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. The staff were super friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, including a delicious breakfast, hot water in the bathroom, and well-maintained cleanliness. We appreciated the walkability of the area, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, exceptional staff, and fantastic facilities.

We felt very welcomed as we arrive at the hotel and the staff was very kind. The room felt a bit old and the temperature was cold when we came in. The staff informed us that the heating didn’t work in summer. We had a giant bath our children really like it but I had to clean the bath and bathroom a bit because it wasn’t very clean and a bit dusty. The bed were comfortable and the over all experience felt okay.

What a great hotel. It's right by the tube so really convenient. It's U shaped so really quiet inside. I was at the back of B block and had the most quiet nights of sleep ever. Room 610 Room is recently refurbished and very nice. Lots of extra touches to help you. Like slippers, bathroom accessories, kettle, water. The walls are somewhat thin, however guests were very considerate and barely heard. Room is very modern and clean. I loved the wet room but it does mean the floor is wet when you use the loo after! Travelled alone and so room perfect, would be slightly small for a couple as far side of bed by wall. The breakfast is plentiful, albeit majority Chinese. Staff are very helpful, they do not speak English, but very willing to help via a translated.

Perfect stay experience, from Jerried at the front desk to the service staff at the spa to the room cleaning staff to the doorman, they all responded promptly, provided good service, and were warm and thoughtful. The Waldorf Hutong Hotel where I stayed is a perfect combination of high-end enjoyment and characteristic ancient architecture. I have always liked the Waldorf's guest rooms designed with the classical characteristics of the city. The winter fireside tea and spa massage are very unique. At the end, the hotel's red velvet cake was given to my son and he loved it. It really put a perfect end to the trip to Beijing.

I am impressed with the hotel from location down to the friendly and warm service of the staff . The rooms are kept very neat and tidy and always clean . The staff regardless of where they are would greet and talk to me asking me where would I be going for the day or how was it . The bed is so comfortable and I love the choice on the pillows . I would definitely pick Atour hotels again. I love the laundry room and the offerings . I think one key factor is that this hotel did not engage in huge tour groups booking hence it is able to manage the quality of stay

Excellent hotel. Good comfortable bed, great shower. Room was well sound proofed Staff were prompt in any requests we made for toiletries - the robot delivered them to the room within minutes. Breakfast spread was excellent value. I would highly recommend this hotel.
