The staff regardless of where they are would greet and talk to me asking me where would I be going for the day or how was it . The bed is so comfortable and I love the choice on the pillows . I would definitely pick Atour hotels again. I love the laundry room and the offerings . I think one key factor is that this hotel did not engage in huge tour groups booking hence it is able to manage the quality of stay
