首先先説下值得肯定的地方:1.有提前聯繫住客，建管家羣且提前到港口接待。2.的確島上行程這兩天管家都有車接送，包括入住這二天晚上接近21點也來接住客回酒店。3.入住的兩天都有送下午茶。
接下來那就是不滿意的地方:1.非常無語的事情二晚二樓的空調都產生了罷工的情況（甚至於第一晚在羣反饋空調問題時，沒有告知就把整棟樓斷電重啟，當時長輩在洗澡幸虧沒有出任何事故）如果這樣的硬件系統問題以前就時不時會發生， 應該在入住前就告知，就不會選擇二房別墅。
2.關於房間入住第二天的衞生打掃，第二天回房間已經下午3點，竟然房間還沒有打掃過？！在羣裏反饋了後説要來打掃，我們白天中途回房間就是要洗澡，所以跟管家溝通等傍晚再出門時再請工作人員來打掃。等晚上回房間時，可以看出衞生打掃得非常匆忙（衞生台水杯有明顯的白漬、插電防蚊水已經無液也沒有更換、一次性洗護用品沒有擺齊、淋浴間防水巾沒有收等等）
3.關於早餐用餐時間:第二天因為想一早去鱷魚山景區，在管家羣溝通最早用餐時間，衹能是8:30。這方面建議可以人性化服務，如果住客有需求，希望可以適當提前用餐時間，這樣方便住客的時間安排。
4.酒店的地理位置確實是不佳，往好的地方講很安靜，如果往反方向講就是比較偏僻。
因為四年前來過潿洲島，入住過其他酒店真的形成一個明顯的對比。
