I like this hotel so much, it's a very beautiful, welcoming and warm place. The most important things are clean rooms, a clean pool, and a smart and clean toilet. The hotel is very close to the beach so you can walk 5 minutes to get there. The staff is perfect and the owner is a nice and kind person.

My recent stay at HaiXuan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze.
The location was perfect, with easy access to beach.Everthing was very clean and brand new, What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always with a smile and a willingness to help. They even transfered us train station for free. If one day i return Beihai i will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend HaiXuan to anyone looking for a top-tier hospitality experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rooms are nice, ours had a balcony. The hotel is brand new, nice architecture, nicely furnished. However the breakfast is not what I expected for this price range. No tea, no coffee, no juice. And, the room had no sea view. Yes, it's just a few meters away from the beach, but you can't see the sea.

這次帶家人廣西之行，海軒酒店完美收官。去之前選酒店用了很長時間，原因是前面幾個酒店，都讓我懷疑攜程評分是否還值得相信了………
海軒酒店沒有讓我失望，一、泳池確實非常乾淨，居然有一面是玻璃的。
二、房間裝修很温馨，冰箱裏麪飲料隨便喝。
三、早餐和其他地方不一樣，不是一大堆不知道做了多久的食物讓你選，而是給你一個託盤，搭配好的，不夠可以再要，並且不重樣！第一天的包子，像我多年前在哈爾濱吃的“老頭包子”第二天是打滷麪，對於一個北方人來説，真的很喜歡！尤其，我提出：老婆胃疼，想喝點粥，大姐就特意做了一份，並且温馨提示：什麼時候下來吃啊？粥涼了就不好了。四、距離銀灘、碼頭、風情街都很近。前面有人評價“鬧中取靜”確實如此。
説點啥缺點嗎？就是，居然不向我一個攜程黑卡會員要評價？我很意外，當然，如果要評價，我可能就不評價了。他們都是認真做事的實在人。
對了，還有個小院子可以停車。還有東北小夥兒調的雞尾酒很好喝。

五一節來北海，到處都是人山人海，打不到車，吃不上飯。但，慶幸自己定了這家酒店，就在銀灘的羅馬廣場門口，去海灘的距離已經短到了極致。由於頭天在外面根本找不到地方吃飯，所以第二天就相約朋友們一起來酒店裡，在菜市場裏買了海鮮給了酒店的廚房，小孩可以去泳池玩，夕陽下去沙灘玩。回來之後去房間洗了澡，一大桌菜就做好了。本來沒報什麼期望，但沒想到這個廚房做得還異常好吃。同行的朋友們，所有人都覺得這是五一假期在北海體驗感最棒的一天。不累，近，帶娃輕鬆，好吃便宜的一大桌菜。

超預期，我家孩子特別喜歡這個酒店，説下次還來這裏住。出門就是銀灘羅馬廣場入口，離海邊特別近，酒店還可以玩 PS5，酒店泳池也很乾凈，早餐煎的小黃魚和豆漿都特別好吃。以後再去北海玩，還是選擇這家酒店。

房間很不錯，離海邊特別近，剛好在有個出口的旁邊，算是離海邊最近的酒店，早餐是酒店自己做的，不是自助的，味道還不錯，房間很大，我們4大1小完全夠住，有泳池，還有小朋友鏟沙的工具，房間的拖鞋可以外穿，真的很方便，少帶很多東西，哈哈，還有個大陽台，我們住了三晚，晾曬衣服很方便，有一趟高鐵接送，既節約又方便。
設施：雖然衹有三樓，不過有電梯
衞生：乾淨，大廳還有坐的地方

家人們誰懂啊！這次北海銀灘之旅能這麼開心，全靠這家酒店選的好！
工作人員熱情又迅速地辦好入住，好感度直接拉滿！房間更是挑不出毛病，床品親膚，浴室乾淨，還有漂亮的泳池，在泳池邊，吹着海風喝着小酒，太愜意了。
酒店附近的當地特色小吃也做得很正宗。服務人員隨時關注需求，響應超快。
而且位置超優越，出門就是銀灘，周邊美食、景點都很近。不管是親子游、情侶度假還是獨自旅行，都能被照顧得妥妥帖帖。寶子們閉眼沖！
