Ulasan Marina bay Seaview Homestay, No.1 Beibu Gulf, Beihai

the room is big and spacious, however there could be some improvements made. this is the only place I have stayed at in China which do not provide complimentary bottles of water and slippers. I could not plug in my chargers in any of the electric sockets in the room. this is so weird since I had no problem in any other hotels. they brought me a portable charger to use. otherwise I would have to switch to another hotel. there is a small kitchen in the room but there are no pans or dishes yo use. the big fridge is not plugged in so cannot be used either. it would be nice to have a microwave and more mirrors in the room.

My first room was dirty, under the bed there crabs and some trash. Under the couch there was a bottle which had spilled on the floor. I notified the Landlord and she changed my room to a much nicer room in the top floor. The location was good, I could walk to the beach and there were a lot of shops around the area.

My friend and I had a great stay at the Marina bay Seaview Homestay. The location was great, the rooms were clean and spacious and the owner very friendly and accommodating. He can’t speak English but we communicated with each other via WeChat.. I particularly love the view from my room on the 9th floor. I will recommend this to all my friends visiting Beihai. My three days here were wonderful and relaxing. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

It is inside a large complex. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. The accommodation is average and unfortunately the bed is hard. Apart from that it was a nice stay at Beihai.

The seaview is really nice! The bed was hard and the shower couldn't mix the temperature of the water, very inconvenient. It's a bit old. But big and good service!

This is really a great room for the price, It is big and it has everything you need. They even provide powder for the washing machine. I enjoyed a hot bath. It is 3 minutes to. walk to the beach and the owner was extremely helpful.

非常非常不錯 很驚艷！！！！ 強烈安利 沒有拍照片 ，但是確實超級超級驚艷！！！ 以後來北海就來這j家，而且老闆人很好！！！！

位置一流，無敵大海景，就是家庭式的住宿，環境舒適，衛生可以，就是設備簡陋些，其他大致上還可以，服務也很好！

房間很大，設施很棒，距離海邊最近的住宿，走路過個馬路一分鐘就到，非常方便，房間有大陽台，浴缸，兩個廁所，房間非常舒適，躺床上就能看到海，呼吸海的味道，一樓各種親子遊玩，小朋友很開心，距離海底世界很近，離老街也近，最暖心的是我們提前入住的，房東也能及時安排，又加上我們第二天退房推遲了，也沒有另外收費，感謝🙏

老闆免費升級了房型，坐在陽台就能看海，到了傍晚海水退潮還能趕海，好不愜意，這就是我想象中的北海。強烈推薦

房間衞生特別好，特別寬敞純海景房太好了，住着舒服，三間大卧室兩個衞生間太漂亮了，下次有朋友一定推薦他家的房子。

設施：比較老舊 衞生：還行 環境：怎麼説呢，設施裝修比較老，但是看海可以的。還不錯 服務：這個必須贊，東北老闆，比較爽快，然後視頻指路，很貼心了

從來不寫差評，實在太差了，忍不住要寫出來，希望其他消費者不要踩雷。首先是看圖片去的，結果沒有一張圖片屬實，全是忽悠。房屋舊，傢俱舊，顏色根本沒有圖片好看。兩個馬桶超級臟，其中還有一個馬桶蓋是不合尺寸的，偏小。洗浴間很臟。桌布，枱布都是難看的顏色，而且看上去特別臟。陽台的椅子是爛的，坐墊是濕的。由於帶着長者，小孩，不想走來走去，忍聲吞氣住了2晚。下去吃飯的時候看到別家的酒店比我們住的便宜近3成，心裏立刻覺得不舒服了，那麼差還那麼貴。晚上還有無人機在這裏騷擾到處亂拍。太沒安全感了。總之是一次極差的體驗。走了後，我要求酒店退差價，工作人員幾多狡辯，還叫喧着讓我去投訴。我也一定回去投訴，我相信北海這樣的旅遊城市，不能讓這些忽悠消費者的人存在。
