Beihai Shangri-La Hotel
The reception staff service was good — Dash Lim were polite and helpful during check-in. However, I was disappointed with the room condition. The carpet near the window was always damp, and by the second day when I returned from outside, the room had a strong unpleasant smell. I’m not sure if it was due to the low air-conditioning, but the entire room felt musty and uncomfortable. Hope the hotel can look into improving room ventilation and cleanliness.

可以彌補房間硬件有點老式的遺憾！
尊享閣的簡餐也挺不錯，能吃飽
浴簾和浴缸也是可以替換下了
地下停車場衹有3個充電樁
泳池很乾凈，有個水上滑梯
有一片酒店私有的沙灘
酒店安排的趕海衹有周末我們沒有趕上

金灘的香格里拉，真的確實舊的不能再舊了，就大堂能看的過去，房間慘不忍睹。那個私人海灘，小的很，然後金灘的海水還很平靜，就像你家門口的小湖一樣。下午茶，真的也沒有評價那麼好。就泳池還行，然後那個親子活動，就更別提了，在負一樓，用泡沫氣墊拼了一個小地方。空氣差的很。

房間是海景房，景色很好。房間也很寬敞，雖然看介紹好多年了，但是維護的很好，非常乾淨，酒店內部沒太有陳舊感。泳池非常好，孩子很喜歡，餐廳也還行吧。衹是酒店內部活動並沒有那麼多，趕海也沒安排。

評價：1、體驗糟糕，管理一塌糊塗
2、等房超長，其中一間將近4小時（細節不展開）
3、解決辦法能力一般，衹會讓客人等候、表示抱歉；大廳亂哄哄的，我觀察了一下每個客人入住辦理將近10分鐘，不知道在幹嘛；前台標識不明，隨意插隊（本人15年前也是從事酒店管理，特地觀察了一下）
4、原本預訂3晚，當天果斷換萬豪（決策真英明）
結論：刷新你對香格里拉老牌五星的認識

環境：到棧道和海邊很方便，日出日落都看到了，完美！游泳池孩子很喜歡💕
設施：很古早的裝修風格，因為開業比較久，但整體維護還不錯，也體會到以前的設備質量真的比現在🈶質感！
服務：整體服務響應不錯，老牌的五星級，還是有底藴的，建議買機器人🤖送物，外賣等禮賓部有點慢！
衞生：不錯，整體挺好。中間要大姐來收過一次垃圾，很熱情！
豪華閣家庭下午茶:沒有去使用，時間有點尷尬，是下午5-7點，有點浪費訂了豪華閣。

香格里拉酒店住了一晚，整體很滿意，畢竟價格在那裡，總的來説超值。700一晚的套餐含有早餐，小童下午茶，雙人晚間的餐食，還送了一瓶紅酒，還有晚安水果哈，前兩天在萬豪都沒有的待遇。服務中規中矩，符合五星酒店水平。泳池也不錯，孩子玩得很開心。房間設施老一點我倒是不介意，唯一不足是房間有那種説不出來的應該是潮濕發黴的味道，對味道有點敏感的人呆久了就有點感覺。總體體驗良好。

老牌度假酒店，勝在位置和設施，考慮輕鬆行程的定這個酒店沒問題，自帶專屬沙灘；泳池設計全面，大人小孩都有適合的活動區；酒店自帶的自助餐價格合適，菜品很豐盛，海鮮新鮮好評；酒店還提供了小童託管手工活動，低齡孩子很受益。
給酒店提兩點建議:第一建議入住時，迎賓應該提醒酒店自助餐需要提前訂桌，我們是一家七口人第一晚的飯點去，結果告知沒有空桌，衹好定了第二晚的。第二後續酒店有升級裝修安排，可以在室內淘氣堡上升級，再加些設施。
