The location is great with the view of the beach. Nearby sea life center. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Apartments match the photos on trip.com.

Great location, right by the beach. Accessible to the ocean park and local malls. The photos matched the actual state of the apartments. The bathtub overlooking the beach was wonderful. On the downside, there was some confusion with passcode door system. It seems like some doors had the same passwords, which accidentally resulted in us walking in someone else’s apartment. The staff was very cordial and accommodating.

房間位置很好，高樓層，房東人也好，我們到的時候，接了半個浴缸的水，然後突然就沒水了，跟房東説了之後，他暴走三公里去給我們解決，服務真的很好，我們訂的房間有兩個陽台，拍照真的很出片，這幾天天氣不算很好，但是衹要一有太陽，那裡的風景真的沒的説，以後要是有機會還要再來，也會推薦朋友來的，上次發了朋友圈過後，朋友還以為我在北海買房了，主要還是這個房間太有家的感覺了！

定了兩間房，一間28樓一間33樓，聯繫房東給密碼就可以入住，北部灣一號是北海標誌性建築，視線不錯，房間寬敞，裝飾美美的，木質傢俱有質感，床品不錯，衹有浴缸沒有淋浴房，配了一次性浴缸套，我們沒用，直接用的沖淋頭，熱水很好，毛巾又厚又新。樓下靠海那邊晚上小夜市價廉物美，靠海二樓餐廳的早晚茶吃的人特別多，幾乎都是避寒的老年大軍，真是羨慕有錢又有閑的老年人們，周圍也有餐廳大排檔吃飯不成問題。白色床幔挺好看，但容易臟建議勤洗。

景色真的是太讚了，房間真的是太舒服太乾淨了！房間裏的設施一應俱全，房東也是一個非常熱情的人，除了周邊的好吃好玩的詳細介紹之外，還熱心地幫我們拿行李，真是賓至如歸的感覺！據他介紹，房間裏的實木傢俱都是出自他的手，真是太有創意了……最愛有綠色植物的露台，還有秋千，坐在這裏喝茶聊天真的是太愜意了……這裏交通也是便利極了，網約車和外賣都非常方便，還有樓下便利店應有盡有！下次還要再來！
