設施：相對完善吧 沙灘酒吧還沒建設好 但是設施很新
衞生：很乾凈 都有消過毒
環境：酒店環境很好 無邊泳池很出片 隨便小角落都出片的
服務：管家挺細心的 餐廳還算好吃吧可以給送進房間 有下午茶還有晚安燉品

環境肯定完全沒的説，如果能趕上天氣好我相信你家絕對是島上最棒景觀酒店的不二之選！服務上面微信管家響應很及時，迎來送往也非常周到，熱情，下午茶非常精美味道也不錯這些都特別滿意。
以下提幾點小建議就是希望可以解決泡池放水速度以及水温的問題，大家肯定知道水資源緊張，但是來到酒店比如冬季不方便下海下泳池肯定選擇泡個温泉之類的，但是放滿水要一個多小時，昨天晚上放的時候很熱但是時間實在太久了，今天上午想再泡一下發現水放了好久了一直還是很温，不想再浪費水了就乾脆沒放。
早飯建議增設咖啡機，可以自己配牛奶，椰奶或者豆漿。另外那個粉的味道太寡淡了尤其是湯沒有味道，建議改良，如果有味道得粉不方便做建議可以考慮取消粉的選擇，哪怕是三明治和雞蛋灌餅選呢會更合胃口，要不白湯得粉吃不完也造成浪費。
房間的部分gunon花灑的選擇特別好，水壓很舒服，馬桶座圈貼也很貼心，就是洗護選擇上是不是考慮換成大瓶裝的，本來咱是海邊酒店淋雨需求很大，那種小瓶裝洗不了幾次就沒了又要換，包裝也會造成污染。
最後誇一下咱們合作的司機，就咱們酒店合作的有小汽車，其他那種觀光車也是來回一百但是四面透風的吹的瑟瑟發抖[強][強][憨笑][憨笑][憨笑]
啊對了，還有一條補充的，屋裡屋外沙發上包括我們過去看隔壁泳池房的户外沙發上水漬還是污漬的痕跡很明顯，建議酒店房想辦法及時清洗或者更換，理解經常下雨或者泳池旁邊會被水打濕，但是觀感上影響酒店的質感。

潿洲島礁石酒店入住體驗堪稱完美！從抵達時的熱情接待到離店時的細緻送別，服務細節處處令人感動。前台管家小談主動幫我們搬運行李，不僅詳細講解島上小眾景點，還貼心地繪製了日落觀景路線圖。客房服務響應極快，餐廳大廚手藝剛剛滴，加工費不便宜但是值，海鮮跟你自己去市場買的一個價，但是絕不缺斤少兩，感覺比自己買的還新鮮，不用但是被宰無論是親子出遊還是情侶度假，這裏的服務都像家人般温暖周到，真正詮釋了"賓至如歸"四個字！

酒店服務很好有管家，送的那些甜品很好吃哦，水果也新鮮，泳池水熱的不要擔心下不去水，也提供洗衣服務，就是沒電視，感覺酒店外邊小路看着有點偏僻，其它都還可以，缺點就是感覺屋裡沙發上看着跟有水印是的可能布顯得有待清洗！

酒店的服務非常好，還沒到酒店就拉了羣，時刻關注到客人。因為朋友生病了，工作人員一直忙前忙後的去幫忙買葯，沒有電視就給你弄投影儀。出行車子安排的到位，還有感謝前台工作人員的藿香正氣水，沖這個服務和景色環境，還會再來，很捨不得走，無奈要上班了，下次一定要舒舒服服的住上好幾天。

最開始想訂沙灘大床套房，第一天沒訂到，好在第二天有空房換到了，房型設計別緻，尤其喜歡大全玻和通向沙灘的庭院，房間和庭院裏就能看到沙灘和藍橋。管家服務名符其實，貼心細緻，方方面面都想以遊客行程安排和實際需求為主。甜品很棒，口感細膩。洗手枱枱麪比較寬，很適合大人放置物品，但四五歲的小朋友夠不到水龍頭開關，我們自己也沒想起來問問管家有沒有小朋友用的小樓梯。酒店提供鉑爵旅拍，攝影小哥哥拍攝技術精湛，趕巧在島的幾天碰上拍攝當天是晴天，出片效果超級滿意。
