It’s a new residential complex with relatively few residents at the moment. Living alone can feel a bit unsettling sometimes, but overall, the environment is nice and the service is excellent.

説是酒店，其實就是售樓部，很不專業，房間很潮，有很大的氣味，環海套房快600元的價格偏貴，北海的物價不貴，此酒店性價比很低，對面的瀾庭酒店倒是物美價廉，早餐超過1.4米小童全價38元，早餐品種特別少，服務不好，不會再去住。

房間裏面有：廚房設施、冰箱、洗衣機等，非常實用。酒店衞生條件好，環境優美，泳池可以游泳，服務比較到位，在房間裏看海的效果很好，夜景很美，五星好評。

房子衞生打掃得很乾凈，洗浴用品也齊全
就在金灘邊上，小區設施齊全，樓下的游泳池直對北部灣海岸景色很美
早餐海鮮麪味道也是不錯的
在北海住了三家酒店，麗灣相比其它兩家很不錯了，下次再去北海也會選擇再次入住

定的帶陽台的房，下午快兩點了到前台辦入住先給我説我定的房間沒有了，給我換成大落地窗的房間。我直接？？？早咋不説？後面又説帶陽台的房間，還沒打掃出來，住的話要等，你們先去溜達溜達。？？？都兩點了，你們究竟在幹什麼啊？？然後房間裏連個拖鞋也不給，還要主動給打電話要，中間有一天還不給打掃衞生，酒店硬説給打掃了，我真服了。
其實就是個酒店式公寓，前台到夜間是沒有人的，有什麼突發狀況，是處理不了的。衞生打掃的也不好，房間也有很大的異味。
很少給差評，這次來北海有一半的不好體驗，都是這酒店給的。
