Ulasan Bedford Swan Hotel

The location is excellent. went to reception as only 1 towel was in the room. Asked for another set, which was promised to be delivered. Did not arrive. so two people had to use one towel. Breakfast is decidedly average at best

We loved our stay here! It’s a very well designed hotel, with a special history and lots of unique touches throughout. Our room overlooked the river, and had all the usual things you expect from a nice hotel plus some excellent artworks. The only thing to note is that even though this is a spa hotel, the spa isn’t included in the hotel rate- we hadn’t realised that that needed to be booked separately. There were no issues fitting us in though!

Lovely hotel it great location. Stains and hair on bed when we came into our room and the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. We was also questioned into paying there for our room when it was already paid for. Don’t expect this with the price you pay to stay here.

Rooms look slightly outdated but overall ok
