alors moi j'appelle ca des marchands de sommeil, c'est bien cher pour ce que c'est! 78e la nuit pour ca il faudrait pas abusé alors certes vous etes en plein coeur de la ville , (vous profiterez au passage de la vue sur les vides a ordures du quartier) c'est tres bien pour faire la fete et y dormir qqs heures. Mais si vous etes en transit pour vous reposer un peu, manger dans le studio et profiter de la chambre, oubliez! La residence est tres mal insonorisé et vous entendez les voisins faire la fete tout la nuit! La reception etant fermée on doit appeler un numero qui donne le code d'acces c'est deja compliqué et pas tres pro dès le depart et vous recuperez vos clés dans une boite a la facon Airbnb. Le studio est vetuste dans l'ensemble, des choses sont cassés , nous ne voyons personne pour l'etat des lieux alors qu'une caution est prise sans que l'on en soit informé sur Booking. Séjour à oublier! je vous conseille TempoResidences mais celui de la cathedrale, un peu plus cher mais je pense que ca vaut le coup en tout cas au moins il y a une reception ouverte et des gens pour communiquer.

Absolument pas sympathiques, ni arrangeants. Je pensais revenir, mais jamais plus ! Vraiment à déconseiller. A la limite pour les bandes de jeunes qui sont de passage pour faire la fête et n'ont pas le choix.

nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits et nous avons été très agréablement surpris. situé dans le centre de Bayonne, la voiture garée à 200 mètres. L'appartement est grand propre et spacieux. Il est très agréable de ne pas a avoir à prendre la voiture., tant pour visiter Bayonne que pour bouger à Anglet ou Biarritz. Pour aller sur Biarritz nous avons pris le T1 départ place de la mairie en 40 minutes et surtout à un prix dérisoire (Pour 4 allé/retour à 6,2 euros avec le tarif mini groupe, nous pouvions même être 5) L'accueil se fait sur leur deuxième résidence à une dizaine de minutes à pied en passant par les ruelles de Bayonne. nous n'avons pas été gêné par le bruit. je recommande .

Muy bien situado en la Bayona pequeña. El personal nos recibió muy bien y la habitación era espaciosa. La pega es que no había aire acondicionado o no funcionaba y que a mitad de la noche unos indeseables decidieron que lo mejor era ponerse a gritar.
