Terrible Breakfast Experience – False Advertising & No Resolution from Management My recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing due to the unacceptable breakfast service and the person in charge of the hotel at the moment. Despite paying for it, the hotel failed to deliver what was promised. Multiple items were unavailable—even though staff had confirmed their availability. Additionally, while hot dishes may not always be offered, they were listed in the description provided to us. The service was equally poor: staff began clearing breakfast at 10:00 AM (30 minutes before the official end time of 10:30 AM) and even started putting chairs up on tables next to us, making us feel unwelcome. When I raised the issue with the on-duty manager, I was dismissed without a proper solution. Even worse, I contacted the corporate office for assistance—both by phone and email—and received no help whatsoever. They offered loyalty points as payback (not understanding that after my first and probably last experience with Accor Hotels I will not use those points or pay for any other service in the brand) Extremely dissatisfied with both the hotel and corporate’s lack of accountability.

Very good for a stop over which was perfect for what we needed .In fact we stayed one night on our way to Geneva and then another night on our way home .Good value and very pleasant and helpful staff.Restaurant right next door so we ate there and not have to search any further

After a long day of travelling, we were glad to get checked in to the hotel. First impressions were that it was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but you get what you pay for and if you want something a little more luxurious, there are other Ibis hotels closer to the centre of Bayonne. This was a good 10-15 minute walk from town but the hotel reception staff were happy to book us taxis as we had people in our group who have difficulty walking. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on that but we did have a nice evening meal in the restaurant. The hotel was quiet, not much noise disturbance which is always good. Our rooms weren’t cleaned and beds not made/towels not changed during our 3 night stay but that wasn’t a big problem for us. Would I stay here again? Yes I would, although if I could afford a little extra I would stay closer to the centre of Bayonne. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

je connais beaucoup d ibis budget ,celui là est moderne et j ai passé une bonne nuit dans une belle chambre un peu de bruit dû peut être au grand nombre de clients ,la chambre étant au rez de chaussée pas loin de l accueil grand parking ,voisin d un restaurant très gentil accueil la prochaine fois je demanderai chambre à un étage plus haut

Chambre correcte, assez propre. Correspond aux attentes. L’hôtel est situé à 20/30 min de marche du centre de Bayonne. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. Une formule petit déjeuner est proposé ( nous ne l'avons pas essayé). Un restaurant est juste à côté de l’hôtel
