After knowing that this hotel provides family-friendly services, I went there with my wife & kids. We thoroughly enjoyed their services in one of the spacious suites. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment. What I most loved about the hotel is its serene pool area, beautiful room decor, additional facilities, restaurant, and overall atmosphere.

i booked here because it says it's a Marriott but it barely lived up to the brand name. if you ask for information, a number would say I dont know or the common excuse ... i am new here. others try to give service but is overly doing it. they should recognize when a customer would want to have a meal peacefully

We had a wonderful stay at Amari Spice Hotel Penang. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast selection was truly impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day perfectly. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely, refreshing scent that enhanced the overall ambiance. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at Eastin Hotel Penang and I was disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Additionally, I requested hand soap, but housekeeping failed to refill it during my stay. This experience fell short of my expectations, and I hope the management will address these issues for future guests.

Nice hotel within bayan baru. Good option for small families.

It is very difficult to find. Generally, the hotel will contact you to pick it up after booking. Otherwise, you will find it for a long time. There is no signal on the mountain, and the hotel Wi-Fi is sufficient. The environment is okay. It was really gloomy at night. The wooden door of the toilet suddenly opened several times in the middle of the night. It really scared me so much that I couldn't sleep well all night. In fact, it should be caused by the loose wood. Very friendly. One thing to say, hygiene needs to be strengthened very much.

The room is not big, about 10 square meters, suitable for one person. The price per day is more than 100 yuan, which is an affordable hotel. But very close to Penang Airport. Foreigners need to pay an additional MYR 10 per day to stay.

The check in and check out process were really easy and fast, room is spacious, clean and we really like the bed. its king size with fluffy pillow. all basic amenities were provided, iron, hair dryer, sejadah, toothbrush set, drinking water, fridge, kettle. the pool can be better maintained, but my kids have lots of fun playing in the pool with playground in it. Overall, nice stay, not much to complain. There's a restaurant downstairs but better check the price before entering. Maybe just a little improvement on the housekeeping. we book the room for 2 night and went out, no housekeeping were sent to change the towel, empty the trash bin, refill drinking water, shower foam etc. Need to call and ask (bdway, there's no phone in the room). my suggestion is to put a sign so that the housekeeping know which room need to be tidy up etc.
