Never Again This property was not even close to satisfactory. The first thing we saw once we finally found the entrance to the property was considerable damage to the front door of our "suite." The fact that the front door had a hole knocked through it, right next to the deadbolt, and the door jamb itself showed clear evidence of someone recently forcing it open, made it so that my family did not feel safe at all at this property. The door itself was a hollow-core interior door...fine if it's in the interior, but this was the front door to the whole "suite." At a minimum, a room that I book through ********** should meet a reasonable expectation of safety and security. I did not book this off of someone's CraigsList ad, I used a reputable website, so finding this was very disheartening. I did not even stay for one night. I had to make a duplicate last-minute reservation at one of the only few options with a vacancy: a single-room hotel downtown. We didn't even unload the car... just tried to get in touch with the property management. The property owners were incommunicado, so I had to raise this issue directly with **********... and I did not get any sort of acceptable resolution, just repeated delays while ********** tried to contact the property. Eventually, we were told we would NOT be getting any sort of refund. Never again. We took plenty additional photos showing the true condition of the interior, but I only attached those that show the condition of what was mentioned above.

Its worth for the price paid Was ok for the price i paid. If ur looking for something more luxurious then this place is not for you. Its pretty spacious comparing to an hotel but its an old building. There is new furniture to make it look nicer. The pictures online are a bit deceiving. Good manager who wants to help with anything.

Don’t stay here. We checked in and immediately saw that the shower head was running even though it was turned off. I called the property manager who was not surprised and said a plumber will be coming the next day. That was the last time he responded to me. 20 minutes later I texted him that we will not be staying at this unit and asked that he finds a different one, for various issues: Mold in the bathroom and bedroom. Cracks in the floors. Heavy closet door was off track and almost fell on my kids. Toilet paper was wet (dripping water). Noise from neighbouring units (you could hear everything). There was no response. I contacted ******* and they were also not able to contact the owner. About 2 hours after checking in we left the unit and did not even spend one night there. The next morning, the property owner told ******* that we did stay there and that he offered us a different unit - so he is not refunding anything. As I said, he was not responding at all so this is plain false. Thankfully, *******, after seeing the pictures, did refund us. Don’t do the same mistake we did. Read the reviews and don’t stay here.

Location of this property is great but don’t recommend if you are a light sleeper. Spent 3 nights unable to sleep due to the upstairs neighbors running around from 2am to 8am. There’s also no curtains in the rooms to block out the light. Also want mention that the state of the apartment is not great. Floors are all cracked and coming up. The bed in the master bedroom squeaks every time you move.

The property is hard to find using GPS had to use Google to find a picture to find location. Overall the property was clean but we ran into issues such as no hot water the whole weekend we found a couple bed bugs in one of the rooms. There was a sewer smell and the toilet kept clogging. Noisy neighbors all hours of the night and we traveled with young children. We reached out to let the property owners know what was going and to ask where should we throw full trash bags away but we got no response.

For the price place was ok. But there was a person making noise all night long talking on the phone on speaker next to our door. For that reason we left early. Also the beds need to be updated.
