Diamond club was worth it our butler Edwin and pool waiter Jose were amazing and saved our holiday following several hotel mistakes. Food was great and varied, facilities were good but very run down we experience insufficient hotel communication from pre-arrival team, check in and guest services, very disappointing Not sure if we would return

La pasamos súper bien aquí en. Punta cana en hotel Royalton splash’s muy buen ambiente en esta semana santa. Las camida tienen unas buenas calidad y sus habitaciones también. Le dejo una gran saludo a los chicos del gimnasio 🏋️ ellos tiene un excelente servicio en gym y su clase son muy buenas gracias Víctor y Juan un buen su Aqua zumba. Volvemos pronto 🏋️🏋️🏋️

The resort was beautiful!!! We had diamond club and I would definitely recommend! Edwin Berroa was an amazing help for any need! He made our trip very easy and memorable! I hope anyone that books gets him because he had us from day 1 to the end of the trip!

Just got back from 4 days at Splash, had a great time. This was our second time time here within the last year. Our Butler, Edwin Berroa, is the best, he took care of our Dinner reservations, decorated our room for our son’s birthday and had a cake for him! All of the staff were great and friendly. Marcus at DC pool bar was great! We were easily able to get chairs when it was busy, we just asked one of the guys who hooked us up. Loved our trip, we will be back!

Elvin el mayordomo “The Best” muy atento y nos atendió al 100 . El Personal del hotel es muy amable. De seguro regresaría de nuevo al hotel. La playa muy hermosa y el parque acuático muy divertido para adultos y niños. La comida es muy buena y hay mucha variedad bebidas.

Tout était beau et propre. Le personnel est chaleureux, la plage est belle oui la mer est agitée mais nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux. L’accès à l’autre hôtel est un gros plus.Pour ceux qui s’inquiètent des odeurs : je n’ai rien senti de dérangeant Côté nourriture, c’est un buffet du Sud faut ajuster ses attentes mais c’était bon. Personne n’a été malade. Pour les resto le soir, oui faut être rapide et à l’heure set toi une alarme 17h00 pour le lendemain et sa devrait bien aller :)

I really like the Royalton splash hotel. I like the food in the restaurant and I love the staff at the hotel. My room was comfortable, and I also like the entertainment team. I enjoyed playing tennis and pickle ball with Miguel. This is my second time here and I really enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to coming back again soon.
