The water in the bathroom basin is blocked and it is not hygienic. The restaurant has flies flying on the food. This is a problem. Facilities, the room size is small, and there is nowhere to put the suitcase. The better aspect is near the center of the old city. It is very close to the European Square and the church. There is no need to take a taxi and take public transportation. There is also a common problem in all hotels, drying clothes is a big problem.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The sea is nearby, and there are many cafes. Breakfasts are delicious, they cooked khachapuri, soups, eggs, the only minus is that coffee is paid, but there was instant coffee and tea. Gorgeous view from the window - the sea. You drink instant coffee and a croissant, when you have such a view from the window you forgot that the coffee is instant 😁 there were also alcoholic drinks for breakfast.

The location is very good, next door is Batumi Square. There are waiters who can help with luggage. The hotel is old, or the traditional key opens the door, not the electronic card.
Suddenly one night someone took the key to open the door. We were scared to death in the room. We opened the door and found that several rooms next to it were opened to see. The first night I arrived at this hotel in Batumi, I took the train from Tbilisi, and took a taxi to the hotel at the train station for 6 yuan Dolari. The room is almost a semi-suite room. Good location, good price, and excellent value for money. I've stayed at Hilton before and for the same price, this place is much better. Best in Batumi!! There seems to be a small casino in the basement.

Great place to stay. Very Cody room with a stunning city view. A bit hard to find so it’s worth calling the owner when you arrive. He is super nice and will come to pick you up. He was also super helpful, providing all kinds of information about the city

EElmiraaWe stayed in this hotel chain for the second time (after Tbilisi), we chose them because the hotel was located near the coastline and the hotel was clean.
Among the advantages of the hotel, I would like to note first of all its own parking; the staff speaks Russian well; cleanliness in the room; view of the sea from the room; presence of a balcony; location close to the beach; good soundproofing of the room.
The hotel also has disadvantages, namely: the breakfast is monotonous and not tasty, not typical for Russians; coffee in the hotel chain has no taste; the room on the balcony lacks outdoor furniture and a dryer for clothes; there is no shelf for personal detergents in the shower.
I also want to tell you about the situation that happened to us: the night before check-out, a fire alarm went off, we immediately called the reception, but we could not get through. We went down the stairs as expected, approached the girl at the reception, she replied that someone was smoking cigarettes. But I was surprised that they didn’t apologize to us verbally for this situation, after all it was the middle of the night and people woke up and got scared...

Расположение - идеально, пешком до основных достопримечательностей. Рядом много кафе и магазинов. Из окна была видна новогодняя елка на площади Европы )) бонусом при открытом окне можно было слушать концерт на площади прямо в номере.
Номер - большой, удобный, превзошел ожидания
Завтрак - очень хороший, большой выбор блюд, каждый день блюда менялись, каждый день было что-то из местной кухни, остались довольны
Сервис - персонал очень любезен, заселили раньше времени заезда, на все вопросы и пожелания реагировали мгновенно
В целом остались очень довольны отелем, можем советовать для проживания

GGuest UserYou could enjoy the spectacular sea view if you were assigned the room facing the sea. Easily accessible and you could find everything you needed nearby. Breakfast were simple but great. I have to thank you for the breakfast provider because I had to catch the flight early in the morning, and the breakfast arrived punctually, thanks. Room facilities were very new and clean.

Cleaning every day. Quiet and spacious. It is better to live there than in the hotels on the first line, there is no such traffic under the windows and at the same time the sea is 10 minutes walk with children. The location is very good)
The hotel has a free swimming pool, sauna and gym. Everything is in good condition, not worn out. Children's entertainment (VR machines, children's corner, etc.) but for money. The restaurant is a 4 in taste and price.

AABMD US INCExcellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

NNAIF AL KHULAGII had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others
