I would gladly give this hotel a -10 score if it was possible. This was the worst hotel I have never stayed at! 1. Hotel is old, rooms are dark and terrible looking at night. No lights, and stink! 2. Rooms smell like stale old cigarette smoke and I even got sick during my stay. Slept here one night, next morning I felt terrible. Sinus infection set in, felt like garbage all night. Rooms have severe problem! Ended up with a sinus infection. Hotel would do nothing for me until now. They are terrible. I complained that the rooms are blowing in old smoke, they claim the AC units are separate from the ******, but I believe that the AC outside units may be in the same place, or people smoking in their rooms, or there is a mix of bad air. They deny this, but the fact remains this is what is happening regardless of the non-sense they will tell you. I am an expert in air purification and air circulation. 3. Front desk area is tiny, and the entrance to the ******. This is not really a hotel for staying, this is a hotel for ******** only. Don't ever consider staying at this dump. 4. I asked the hotel for more lighting in my room because the rooms are so dark, they laughed, and never did anything for me. 5. After I came back to my home country, I tried to contact the hotel GM. A call and emailed to the hotel resulted in arrogance, condescending attitudes and a refusal to do anything. The front desk would not provide me with a contact number or email address. I asked many times. They refused. And even were so rude as to hang up on me three times. On the fourth call back, they threatened me, they yelled at me over the phone and said if I call back again they will call the police and have me deported and slammed the phone down. So... I naturally did what any human would do in my situation, I called them again because I was not even in Georgia and I felt their attitude and behavior defines them as a nasty terrible hotel. NEVER in your life attempt to stay here. They are the rudest of the rude! 6. The hotel is severely mismanaged, staff obviously does not know how to treat guests and that reveals a larger problem with the management of the hotel. 7. Bathrooms are horrible, old and also have an odor. Just not a very pleasant experience. Women in particular will not like the bathrooms. The shower, what on earth is that? Terrible! Wyndham hotels also did nothing for me in this situation. They said, because their hotels are franchises, they cannot do anything but offer me a coupon for another stay at another one of their hotels. And I am thinking, why on earth would I EVER want to stay at another one of your hotels with the way I was treated by the one in Batumi?! I was threatened and actually had I been in Georgia at that time I would have felt my life was in danger because of the words they used. I wanted a refund and compensation for medicine and doctor visits, I got none of that from Batumi management nor Wyndham. I will never again stay at a Wyndham
