Hotel was very good food was good parking availability parking internet

看上去很乾凈，有燒水壺和小型冰箱，但是床上有蟲子，咬了起泡泡，早上起來看到它床上的屍體，難怪皮膚這麼癢。期望加強衞生殺蟲消毒！

這家酒店必須給差評！嚴重影響巴統這個美麗的黑海之濱城市給遊客的印象。酒店前台辦理入住時態度冷淡。入住房間時，門卡打不開房門，下樓跟前台反映，她給了張通用保潔門卡再次上樓還是無法打開門鎖。無奈，再次下樓交涉，提出要求她們派人陪同一起上樓開門，她們拒絕。又給張門卡，説是這次給我們做張新卡，我們提出異議，為啥第二次不直接做新卡，而造成我們上下樓折騰，糟前台2個女的直接翻白眼。如此折騰近半小時才勉強打開房門！

這次出行住的最差的酒店，服務差的無法可説了，上上下下跑了四次才把門打開，結果洗澡的時候水龍頭也是壞的，無語了。

這家酒店是生平住酒店以來，遇到過最差的一家酒店，沒有之一！照片與實際入住完全不一樣，前台服務人員態度愛搭不理，房間床品看着皺皺巴巴，還有衞生間都是堵的！由於入住時沒有給到我們實際預訂的房間（給了一個15平不到的犄角旮旯的小房間，與預訂的35平海景房完全不同），去前台要求換房，一位男性管理人員，態度極其惡劣，於是吵了一架，果斷離開酒店！房間臟，態度惡劣，電梯壞的，門卡壞的…

酒店很好，停車方便，離海邊很近

Overall it's a 2.5 or 3 star hotel average hotel. Staff and service are average. I had the executive room, top floor, and the room was super big and comfortable. Rooms and hotel are dated. The hotel definitely needs a good renovation. Staff, service and breakfast definitely need a good improvement. I wouldn't pay to have breakfast there. Everything is working as a standard ordinary hotel should be. Price wise, it's still value for money. Location and views on the higher floors over the ocean and city are both nice. Night club downstairs can create a bit of nosy until about 2am every night. I wasn't too bothered with that, but had to wear my noise cancelling airpods to bed every night. 3 best things about this hotel are the gym (huge gym). Nice sunset and ocean view from the room. Very close to the beach. Although restaurants nearby are horrible. Old town offers better food for sure.

It was the worst experience that I had of staying at a hotel because of the following reason: The staff was not friendly and helpful. All things in room such as carpet, Bath, bed etc. was dirty and old. bed was not comfortable. The internet speed was really slow.

The Sky Tower is a 5-star hotel But it really didn't serve as much as two stars. Breakfast and service was very poor,the paint of the room was spilled in several places. The A/C had a problem and it didn’t work, the service said because one of the room in the same floor decrease the temperature less than 20C and the whole system of floor becomes out of service. The smell of toilet was terrible and the toilet fan didn’t work, We had to open the window for the whole time but the funny thing was the hinge of the window was corrupted and we used water bottle to keep it open. The first day, when we arrived we asked for safety box, the hotel sent someone to fix it. When he came to our room to fix it HE ASKED ME TO BRING HIM A CHAIR because he wanted to sit down for 20 seconds. The housekeeping was poor and the staffs are not friendly. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location and view. It was a terrible experience as a five stat hotel.
