Great hotel and service - the spa is amazing! Nino is an excellent professional physiotherapist and I enjoyed here professional sport massage and highly recommend it! Rooms are clean and when something goes wrong the service is great and fast.

Except for the fact that it's close to the beach (that too you have to cross the road with terrible traffic), there is very little good about this hotel. The most pathetic thing is their staff. I'm traveling with a baby and despite multiple requests for providing extra bedding (we'd booked a room with a baby bed so it was paid for by us), the staff did not budge. They kept using excuses like unavailability of staff or not understanding english. Finally my baby slept in discomfort. Definitely not a family-friendly hotel so zero recommendation. Cherry on the cake - Our room was not stocked properly, no toiletries or beverages that we're entitled to. We never received these btw. The wifi was not working and that took forever to get sorted. Also, the AC makes these weird noises and the walls are thin too. Just book something else because anything is better than this.

Hello. I am currently residing inside, the reception staff are not friendly at all. I have visited hotels all over the world. When I see the reception staff, they consider themselves working for the National Bank and are always arguing. In addition, the room service is very slow, and the cleaning staff is very slow. This hotel is an absolute disaster. The rooms are filthy, with stains marring both the floors and walls. When I approached the front desk to request a room change, the staff showed no concern, casually stating that all the rooms are in the same condition. I persisted and got another room, but it was just as disgusting, with the added bonus of trash scattered on the floor. Our group of 13 all experienced the same appalling level of cleanliness. This place is beyond unacceptable. Steer clear at all costs.

This hotel rated as 5 star, but unfortunately this hotel doesn't know what is 5 star should look like, first as a 5 star the entrance is on the side of the hotel, the lobby is very small hardly can fit 10 people, the room as an executive or based on double the carpet is very dirty, the toilet is not working every day in the morning we have to go down to the lobby to use the toilet and every day we ask to come and fix it, room service we have to ask so many times to clean our room, the breakfast, first when entering the breakfast room you smell roten smell, and the breakfast is extremely poor thank god was a boiling eggs that we can eat, the bread is very hard, we have to wait for cups and glas of water , the hotel it's far from batumi center about 15 minutes drive. The pool outside basically it's sharing with the apartments building around we have cross a street. So basically this hotel not 5 star at all,.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights during July. The hotel is new, with spacious rooms and a small balcony. The shower was excellent, and the towels were large. The service was outstanding. The hotel features an outdoor pool shared with the adjacent apartment hotel. The pool is very large, and we didn’t experience any overcrowding. Additionally, the hotel has an indoor pool, a steam room, and a sauna.

Добрый день уважаемые коллеги! Настоящим поясняю следующее: Мы забронировали отели в Грузии на 4 взрослых туриста 8-12 июля THE GRANDEUR HOTEL в Батуми через компанию MARIS TRAVEL в Ташкенте. Наши туристы прекрасно провели время в Тбилиси, никаких жалоб не было. А в Батуми начались проблемы и жалобы со дня заселения. Главное, что нас смутило, это устаревшая информация о THE GRANDEUR HOTEL Батуми на вашем сайте. числится как 5* отель а на самом деле он 3*. Обновите информацию в своем сайте и помогите туристам принять правильное решение и не заблудиться. Соотношение цены и качества даже на 80% не соответствует описанию гостиницы. 1)Менеджеры грубые. Бронировали «Представительский номер Твин с балконом и видом на море» — заселили нас в обычный номер с малым угловым видом на море с видом на мусорку .когда мы заселились в номер то увидели Ковры в номере были в состоянии 10 летней давности (паласы запачканы ,за мусолины ,все паласы запачканы вином в ванных комнатах нет не мыла не полотенец и тд .) . Стены комнаты не ремонтировались последние 10 лет (фото и видео прилагаю). Даже туалетных принадлежностей не хватает. Мы попросили мененжмент что бы на завтрак нам дали что бы что нибудь Халяльное на что ресепшен сказал что бы вообще не чего не давали .А запах в номере как будто 2 года не кто не проветривал. к тому же за стенкой ведутся строительные и ремонтные работы в гостинице . От шума префаратора у моей мамы аж голова разболелась .Это ужас Нам стало очень обидно ведь мы оплатили им не малую сумму . наш отдых оказался испорчен . и мы с трудом проживаем тут дни . а нам еще тут находиться до 12.07.2024 На основании вышеизложенного прошу организовать инспекторский осмотр отеля THE GRANDEUR HOTEL в Батуми и оценить соотношение цены и качества, принять санкционные меры в отношении отеля. В то же время прошу практической помощи в возмещении морального и материального ущерба, причиненного нашим туристам. Надеемся, что вы уделите этому обращению должное внимание и оно послужит созданию удобства для всех туристов по всему миру. Прилагаю ваучеры и фото-видео материалы по отелю.
