About this space : Welcome to SAMA HOUSE! This stylish eclectic/ contemporary house is perfect for group and family trips. Our 6-bedroom house is spacious and located in the heart of Batu, Malang. Everything you need is in this house. 360 degree mountain and city view on our rooftop is our highlight and is magnificent to enjoy while relaxing in our hot tub jacuzzi or while having BBQ. We have free parking up to 4 cars, 24 H security, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The space : SAMA HOUSE has 3 levels. The first level has 2 bedrooms with king beds, a dining area, a terrace, a pantry, a kitchen, and a laundry space. The second level includes 4 bedrooms, with one single bed and 3 king sized beds, a pantry, a living room with smart TV and huge sofas, and a spacious terrace. The third level has 3 areas. These are a hot tub jacuzzi complete with a toilet and a shower and 2 sitting areas overlooking mountains. It’s nice to enjoy the sunrise or sunset here, maybe do yoga or meditation, also to have BBQ set up by us for you and your friends or family. Guest access : Guests are welcome to access all parts of the house, except the storage area and the area where our guard/ security stays, all on the first floor. Other things to note : NO SMOKING INDOORS! NO PETS! NO PARTYING BEFORE CONFIRMING WITH THE HOST!& Breakfast included: 11 portions (not including extra guests). & If the villa is in max occupancy (11 pax excluding extra guests), visitors will be charged 50. 000 Rupiah per person. Please include nannies/drivers as guests, since they will be using our facilities as well. Please mind your step near the stairs, jacuzzi (or any body of water), and terraces. Any accident that occurs at SAMA HOUSE is not our responsibility. The guests are responsible for their own safety.
