Hard Rock - Pleasant stay.
Getting a superb experience from the Lagoon room. It is an amazing experience with the pool just in front of your room deck. Head into the pool for a swim anytime and back to the deck to chill on the bench.
The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, on the contrary, it is a bit disappointing on the concierge side as there is a contrast if comparing the two.
Breakfast is great. A lot of selection and food is holding up its quality. However, the decorations and renovations seem to be a bit ‘outdated’, but not sure if this is intentional.
The pool and surrounding facility are great as well, with the beach feel with sand on the floor surrounding the pool. There are sections of the pool which have sand as well. One thing to take note of is they have lifeguards on duty.

I just can say that every penny you spent for this hotel worth the value. We celebrated my daughter birthday at their Pizzeria restaurant. Liason officer and restaurant staffs are very accomodating. Trying their best to meet your needs. Housekeeping attend immediately to troubleshoot upon request. Great ambience, great food, great view, clean beach and what else to say. Perfect!Thanks for the remarkable memories.

Everything was well presented and prepared. Felt very welcoming. Very cozy and beautiful hotel. The only thing that needed to be improved is the children baby cot mattress which is not suitable for newborn.

This was my second stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Penang, and it once again lived up to expectations. It's a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a fun, convenient, and comfortable beach vacation.
Location: 10/10
The location is simply perfect. The hotel is right on Batu Ferringhi beach, and there are many eatery places and small shops within a short walking distance.
Room & Cleanliness: Excellent
Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything was spotless, which is exactly what you need after a day in the sun.
Overall Experience:
I keep coming back for the vibrant atmosphere and the unbeatable location. The only downside is that it can be a bit pricey compared to other options in the area. However, you are paying for the brand, the facilities, and the prime location. It's a splurge, but one I find worth it for a great holiday.

A little far into Batu Ferringhi beach, however it has amenities that catered so well for families with kids. Breakfast with varieties to choose from, and yoghurt icecream to end it off.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we truly appreciate their prompt response to our requests. It’s a pity we were on a tight schedule — a stay of at least 3D2N would have been perfect.
