Worst experience ever, very unprofessional. I booked a tour to Wae Rebo village through them. The owner Karon was supposed to be our guide (he speaks english). When they came to pick us up from the hotel early in the morning, Karon informed that he has his son's birthday and he will not be able to join us (we had booked the tour way in advance, how come he didn't inform us right away that he will not be able to join? Then we would have had time to book the tour through another agency with an english speaking guide). The "guide" he provided instead was not a guide, didn't speak a word of english, and clearly was visiting the village for the first time. When we provided Karon feedback after the tour and asked to discuss about the payment for the guide he totally flipped and started insulting and threatening us. For example, when I asked him what he thinks is a fair price for the downgraded services he had provided us, he told me to "f**k off". I've travelled a lot and never had such an unpleasant experience. Even after paying the full price (because he didn't agree to give any discount, since he didn't see any mistakes in his actions) and after sending him a proof of payment, he kept sending me insults. Even though there would be a disagreement, there is no excuse for being rude and threatening towards customers. Very very unprofessional. This really was a turn-off to otherwise wonderful holiday with amazing tours and tour operators. I would avoid this place at any cost.
