Days Inn by Wyndham Baton Rouge Airport

The room wasn't clean. There was hair everywhere. The bathroom had hair in the bathtub. I asked them to clean it they was done in less than 1 minute. I had to go to Wal-Mart to buy cleaning supplies, and towels and cleaned myself. The towels were worn-out and torn. By far the worse hotel ive ever stayed in especially for the price to be close to $200.

small kitchenettes, had an issue with the first room and were immediately accommodated to move to other room. Very conveniently located. easy check in and check out.

Very clean hotel. 2nd time in 2 years we stayed one night while passing through Baton Rouge. Very clean and neat.

beds were clean. Bathroom was clean. They desk seemed to not been wiped down and the furniture in the entrance was old and tattered.

We had a great stay. We had to book it last minute due to our previous booking not holding our room that was booked weeks ago. Very glad we choose to stay with yall

It was a comfortable place to stay overnight. Everything was so clean. It was easy to find the hotel.

Bath tub is very slippery. The room and lobby was very clean. So glad they have a elevator.

Me & my handicap daughter were traveling to Baton Rouge for her surgery the next morning. Upon arriving at 7:30pm, there were 8 men hanging out in the parking lot, we had to walk through them to get to front door. Entering the hotel, the front desk lady said something and I thought she was talking to me, so I said “what was that ma’am?” She continued to stare at me as if I was bothering her or interrupting her. I could hear a man talking but couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The front desk lady NEVER greeted me in anyway but continued to stare at me and then started talking. I then realized she was on speaker phone with her husband/boyfriend. STILL no welcome in or greeting just complete unprofessionalism. I had to talk to first and all the while she’s checking me in, she is steadily having a conversation with the man on the phone. Lobby to me, smelled like urine. Entering our room smelled very musty. AC barely worked. There was no vanity with the sink, it was a big inconvenience walking back & fourth to table to get ready for bed & in the morning because there was no where for me to put my toiletry bag in the bathroom. The guests staying above us where stomping & running around very late into the evening. I did go back and speak to the unprofessional front desk lady to ask for a cup because none were provided in the room and she looked at me like she didn’t know what a cup was. I just said NeverMind & grab one next to the coffee machine. 1/10 would NOT recommend!

Great place, comfortable room, very clean and quiet! Staff were nice!
