Lovely stay! The hotel is in a fantastic position right in the centre of the city, 5 minutes walk from the station and perfect for all of the attractions. Staff are absolutely fabulous and the room was spotless. Look forward to seeing you all again!

Avoid!! Booked for work. Central and close to bars and restaurants. Simply “grimy”. Everything about my room is just uncomfortably unclean. Kept my shoes on until I got into bed, then noticed the dried “drips” halted in their slide down the mirror! Horrible place to stay. Yuk!

Stayed here before as a pit stop for work & it has improved, maybe new cleaners as last time i noticed a few young ones doing 'cleaning' but not very good i might add, they spent more time chatting than working! One lady was lovely, very helpful & chatty (i think the manager) while she sorted an extra days booking for me we chatted about places in wales, the lady is welsh & i have relatives there so a pleasant friendly stay was had.

Outside the hotel is really filthy. There was someone sleeping on the floor outside the hotel door. The area was noisy. The room smelled awful and feels like lacked air circulation.

Stayed here a few times over the last few weeks for business. The hotel is in a good location, rooms were clean and quite a good size all the staff were friendly and professional and plenty of tea an coffee, will continue to use this hotel when I am in Bath

I have stayed here a few times with family and now using it for business. It's in easy access to the local attractions and on a good train link for business. Room was clean and comfortable and and met our needs, useful having a Tesco near by and the staff were friendly
