Best Batam Hotels

"From when we arrived the staff straight away attended to us by carrying our bags in and opening the car door for us. We couldn't check in before 2pm but we were allowed a pre check in while they set aside our bags. And when we came back to the hotel after our room was ready, they kindly sent our bags up for us. The hotel room was really spacious and clean and they set 3 single beds like I requested. The beds were really comfortable. The air-conditioning was strong. However the trash cans were bare without any plastic linings, which I wished they had because throwing stuff inside without the trash bag felt a little icky. I wasn't really impressed with the shower and shampoo/conditioner dispenser. It was really quite inconvenient to use, and I'm pretty sure both dispensers were the same shower gel because the shampoo dispenser didn't really feel like shampoo or conditioner. It'd be better if they just used a travel sized bottle. Other than that the toilet was clean. I didn't have a chance to use the bathtub though. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods of which I thoroughly enjoyed, from breads, desserts, local food. Overall highly recommend, the staff was attentive, the food was great, the room was spacious (but bring your own soap/shampoo). It's worth the price and enjoyed my stay. I would book this hotel a second time if come to Batam again."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this establishment. The service staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. A particular highlight was the security personnel, who went out of their way to stop traffic on the main road, ensuring we crossed safely during heavy rain. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you don’t mind the location; Grab cars are readily available for convenience"

"One of the longest standing 5 star hotel in Batam. View is of greenery - facing the golf course. Gorgeous. Hotel was running full, friendly reception officer Finy, offered me a deluxe room with twin beds, balcony golf course view. My original booking was standard room king bed. Shuttle buses at certain timings to Grand Batam Mall and Nagoya Hill. Gym was well equipped. I saw the Sauna and yoga area at level 10 One thing to note- the sun is overhead in the morning. So the pool does not get sun as it is blocked by hotel building( until around 1015am) . In the afternoon there is chance of sun. The area where the cafe is gets morning sun. Cafe Luminal next to the hotel served coffe roast from starbucks .not a major starbucks coffee fan so I had watermelon juice instead. Cafe’s environment was great for remote working as there were many charge points. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Highly recommended hotel! The service was tip top! During check in I checked with the front desk staff whether they have any double bed room left because I booked a twin sharing room but my son was with me during the trip so I will need to squeeze with him in a single bed but unfortunately, on the day all rooms were fully booked so they did not have any extra room. But when I opened up the room door I was surprised by what they had done with the room they actually joined the twin sharing bed into one bed. They even gave me a complimentary dinner. It's really nice of them. Will definitely book from them again."

"Hotel stay was good, booked a Family room. Services were excellent and the location was ideal, all within walking distance. We had a very good sleep. My 2nd time staying here and the breakfast buffet has since improved with a wider spread. Keep up the good work! Worth mentioning is that we requested 3 single beds, although 1st night it was a full house, 2nd day morning they really prepared it for us. But since we slept well, we declined the good offer. Thumbs up!"

"The staff on duty can remember me and he display good service toward every guest upon check in  He still call up my room to inform me that I accidentally left my passport at the counter and personally came up to my room 923 to pass my passport back to me  It was so thoughtful and well behaved attitude  Time check in 11pm to 1130pm"

"The hotel is super clean and new! I like how the mall is just right beside the hotel and we had a pleasant stay would def come back again! One down side is I requested for quiet room and room not near the lift but my room is so noisy in the middle of the night and I didn’t sleep well ): the breakfast is not to my liking :/ but the high tea tastes good! Everything else is prefect! Staff super nice and friendly! It’s very near every where I want to go! And also I like the view even there’s an old building the view is still super nice can see the sky~"

"Booked Superior Queen Room with windows and requested high floor however receptionist gave me level 2 corner room with no window. Went back to the counter and request for change of room both receptionists expression knew they give me the wrong room and though I won’t be fussy about it. Their attitude and service was so bad. There is no mini fridge and hair dryer in the room too. The room is not soundproof can hear people talking at the lobby and loud closing door. But location was good. Very near Nagoya hill mall and other cafes. Affordable price too. Might consider book this hotel again if going back for short trip."

"not a new hotel but refurbished hotel but still in good condition. we stayed for 3D2N. the room is not too big but because I booked a connecting room so it feels spacious for the 4 of us. the room is clean, they changed the bed sheets with clean ones when we first checked in the hotel. the towels also smell good. the breakfast is also delicious. there are fried rice, sausages, chicken porridge on 1st day , chicken soto on 2nd day, fruits, salad, several choices of pastry, eggs cooked with several choices. grilled chicken for the 1st day/ sweet and sour fish for 2nd day. vegetables, fried noodles, dessert is banana kolak for the 1st day/ sweet potato kolak for 2nd day. And several choices of drinks. the staff named Adalina is very friendly. offered us coffee drinks and delivered them to our table. we love her hospitality and for sure we will come back again. before I left the hotel. I registered to become a member hotel with them during check out time because I think next time I will stay at Swiss bel hotel in another city or country. but until today I have not received an email reply from the hotel."
