Everything was great except for some small feedback.
I been staying in this hotel almost monthly. Each time they still require me to write my contact and email address. So weird as if I am first time staying.
Also for the past few months, the room was filled with snacks for free consumption. But this round, except daily refills of 2 bottles of mineral water, the snack bar and fridge are totally empty. The hotel is trying to cut cost? 😂

Stay at Artotel was a great experience, overall was great and most satisfaction is the room was big and spacious ..surely will book again if visit BATAM amd hopefully it cleanness always.
