Overall stay experience very bad, first of all, the whole apartment smelled of urine, and the smell from the toilet to the living room lasted for three days. Daily amenities such as coffee, toilet paper, towels, etc. were not replenished until phone call reminder.
When I first checked in, the kitchen basin was blocked, the air conditioner was not cold, and the whole apartment smelled and flooded (these problems should be solved before the guests checked in). The front desk staff was unfriendly when we go reception and give our feedback to him.
Everything else was good. The overall hotel atmosphere was good. The other employees were polite and friendly. The breakfast was nice and delicious (except for the insufficient supply of yogurt) 😆

It's pretty good, the room is very big and there are many kinds of breakfast. . The downside is that the temple next to it starts to make noises early in the morning. Book it two weeks in advance. If you want to go, book in advance. The room rate should be cheaper.

We are very happy to stay in Aston hotel as our room was upgraded to a bigger room with bathtub. The room is clean and big. It is highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay with my husband. I would say we are very lucky because we selected Aston for our holiday.. The service was top notch. And the staffs knows how to handle their guest respectfully starting hotel main entrance- the bellmans.. Reception.. FNB and of course the housekeeping staffs.. Kudos guyz..Definitely Aston will be our go to go place after this..
