The inviting, open living area is the perfect place to unwind with family or friends after an adventurous day exploring the valley. The comfortable sofa converts into a queen bed for additional sleeping arrangements. In warmer months, enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the lake and mountains. Two nicely appointed bedrooms, both with comfortable king beds are located on the upper level. Both the master en suite bathroom and the guest bathroom have been recently remodeled with elegant marble tile and new vanities. Located near downtown Basalt, many excellent restaurants, shops, Ruedi Reservoir, skiing in Aspen and Snowmass and unlimited year-round outdoor activities, this townhome is the perfect home base for a memorable mountain getaway in the Roaring Fork Valley!
