Firehouse Inn

I was in Barre VT responding to the massive flooding of July 2024 as I own a Thermal Drone Company and was there as part of a volunteer rescue team. The owner, Valerie, got me a room last minute, and went out of her way to make my stay as amazing as possible! The rooms are so unique, with lots of memorabilia, and I stayed in both the LT and the CPT rooms. The rooms are HUGE, huge bathrooms, and they have all of the usual amenities and much more! Each room has this wonderful character and charm about them! Everything is spotless and you just get the feeling that the owners take great pride in keeping each of the four available rooms in tip-top shape! Below the rooms (you are on the second floor) is the Engine 1 Grille. The food is amazing too! So you don't even have to leave to grab a great meal! I am a person that would still leave a criticism even in a very positive review, but I can't think of one. I will be coming back here and recommending this to anyone! A job well done!

Great place, room was super clean, friendly checkin, room had keurig, microwave, fridge, nice size tv. Pub Restaurant in lower level is open until 9, which is great to get drinks or food. Coffee shops walkable in-town and bakery. Historic firehouse, very fun.
