Vila Gale Alagoas

We had a wonderful experience at the “Inevitavel Restaurant/ Villa Gale “. Lucas and Jose were our waiters . They made our dinner experience even more delightful. The cod fish was delicious. Don’t forget to wrap out the night with a Petit Gateou.

Our travel was lovely throughout. The facilities, food, location, cleanliness and general aura of the place is second to none. All of the staff are extremely helpful and there isn’t anything that they won’t do if they can (even accommodating my lack of Portuguese). I cannot say that I have seen a family of staff work together so hard to upkeep the excellent standard of this complex- everyone works around the clock to maintain this place and ensure you have the best time with your loved ones. Also Denis is a great representation of the company and a great photographer if the complex photographer isn’t available. The food is exquisite with both regional, oriental and world cuisine available- foods such a tapioca, pasta and obviously Brazilian BBQ are cooked fresh as you would like it. The housekeepers are excellent and for when you want to get out to the pool early in a rush you come back to a bedroom that looks like the first time you stepped in there. We bumped in them a couple of times and they were bubbly friendly souls. The effort they make with the entertainment from the pool activities, DJs, pianist etc are the small touches that make hell of a difference to an experience. Overall we cannot thank Vila Galé enough for our experience it was truly amazing and a great way to finalise our trip to Brazil 🇧🇷 from the UK 🇬🇧. We will certainly be back!

The hotel is new and is located at a peaceful location with a nice beach and a great pool area however it has some serious problems with service and food quality. To start the hotel registered incorrct guests names to our room which caused confusion and stress when booking dinners and soa services. We had an issue with housekeeping under cleaning and forgetting to leave towels in oir room every day having to hunt down stuff as the phone in our room did not work for almost the entire stay period ( 7 days). The bathrooms around the pool area and the maim building smells like urine all the time. The food quality of the buffet is sub par when comparing to any other all inclusive hotel I have been to. ( I use over 40 nights of hotels a year). The dinner restaurants are a joke (same drink options as the buffet, sub par food quality and you must eat quick as the servers ask you every 5 minutes if you are done with your plate even though you arr still working on it. If you are not from north east Brazil TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT LIKE this resort.

Agradecer também aos rapazes e meninas dos bares e restaurantes. Hotel incrível maravilhoso, em breve voltarei com toda família.

Os colaboradores foram muito solícitos. Os restaurantes, muito bom! Somente a recepção precisa se melhor ventilada. O serviço de quarto também muito bom. Gostamos muito da equipe da equipe de entretenimento, o carinho com as crianças. Enfim, uma experiência muito agradável.

A equipe de animação foi sensacional. Em especial a tia Lua. Apenas poderiam instalar uma ducha na área da praia. Comida e espaços excepcionais e novíssimos. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes, com certeza. Nota 1000 de qualidade e bons serviços
