Excellente petite escapade les 9 et 10/04/2025 aux 5 Terres sous le soleil. Et belle balade dans cette bourgade pittoresque. Concernant l’établissement: Tout y est parfait : le personnel dévoué est à notre écoute . Les prestations sont de haute gamme. Calme, sérénité pour un lâcher prise absolument salutaire pour le physique et le moral. Merci à toute l’équipe !! Vivement l ‘été pour profiter de la piscine extérieure. Je recommande très bel hôtel, bon service, chambre pittoresque Petit déjeuner extrêmement bon, repas du soir également Bien placé, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de parking attenant à l’hôtel Piscine, dans une cave voûtée, juste fabuleux, bref, rien à dire si ce n’est que je vous encourage d’y aller

Nous avons vécu une expérience extrêmement décevante au 5 Terres Hôtel & Spa. Après notre séjour, l’établissement nous a accusés, sans aucune preuve, d’avoir volé un oreiller et une brosse à chaussures. Malgré nos démentis et l’absence de tout élément tangible justifiant ces accusations, 130 € ont été prélevés de notre carte bancaire sans notre accord. Cette situation nous laisse un profond malaise, d’autant plus que nous ne pouvons nous empêcher de nous interroger sur un éventuel traitement discriminatoire lié à notre couleur de peau. Nous avons le sentiment d’avoir été présumés coupables dès le départ, sans possibilité de défendre notre bonne foi. Nous déconseillons vivement cet hôtel, qui semble pratiquer des méthodes abusives et injustifiées envers ses clients. Nous étions loin d’imaginer qu’en réservant une nuit pour fêter notre anniversaire de notre mariage on allait se retrouver accuser de vol injustement. A FUIRE !!!!

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Von Anfang bis Ende gelungen. Super Essen, sehr freundliches Personal. Vor allem die Dame an der Bar hat es uns angetan! Sie war super kompetent und freundlich.
Das Spa ist effektiv recht klein geraten, aber uns hat es gefallen.

Null, beaucoup trop chère
Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel, vous payer le prix d'un 5 étoiles pour un médiocre 4 étoiles. l'acces aux chambres se fait par un escalier (pas d'ascenseur) et personne ne vous a proposé de vous déposer les valises. Les chambres sont trop petite et pour vous dire on n'arrive même pas a étre 2 personnes ensemble dans la salle de bains, elle fait a peine 3m2. Le spa il y de la place pour peut etre 8 personnes, autant il est tres beau mais tres vite a saturation. Null au prix fort
