Try wine or gin tasting at the 'Pride and Providence' in Halifax (Be educated about the quality and location of the liquors while eating some of the finest foods around) The Piece Hall is a must see as it is a fantastic historic building which accommodates a gin bar, coffee shops, live entertainment, eating places and a few quirky shops. The cottage is high up on the hillside, reaching over some breath-taking views which can be enjoyed while having a glass of wine at the Fleece Countryside Inn next door.
