Premier Inn London Barking

Stay Away ! Staff are slow and lazy the quality of this Premier inn has went downhill in the past 1 years stayed August last year some lovely staff felt homely but this year ohh god ! What a shame its got such a great location and spacious rooms to see it run down to its ground . Restaurant service is appalling then what about the rude and un educated manageress Chloe !!!! She is one dodgy manager and has absolutely no Idea how to treat guests or to run a hotel . Feel sorry for her staff and this place ! Shame premier inn allow such managers to work in their hotels . Parking facilities was convenient . Wifi horrible connection . Furnishings needs some serious TLC !

Rooms noisy reception staff can be ignorant serving you with headphones on or playing with phones Breakfast is by far the worst, slow staff if you can find them, food is always warm to cold if it turns up. And the free unless wifi is hit and miss (why I have to pay extra in an already expensive place is a mystery) but some rooms do get a connection to the Ibis next door

Whilst staying at Barking, Chloe went above and beyond when sorting out a request I had. She was patient and understoof the situation I was in. If you want an enjoyable stay with staff that care about your needs, stay at Barking. Thanks again Chloe!

Stay overnight while in London visiting family, i was very happy with the stay the room very clean and comfortable bed . The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and very happy to help. We had a breakfast which was very enjoyable with friendly and professional serving staff . I would definitely recommend using this premier inn .

excellent staff, Ronaldo and Nathan were very professional upon check in during the early hours and had plenty of local knowledge for me. the lady on shift during the evening at the weekend was very friendly and ran the whole hotel and restaurant by herself due to her colleague just walking round with headphones in with the intention of not working, unfortunately this made the evening bar and meal service slow. she did an amazing job.

Staff friendly and helpful but mould growing on shower head, shower curtain rail half hanging off so you can't stop water flooding the floor and as usual can't open a window and can't get the room cool enough even with air-con all night, so too hot under duvet and no sleep. Also breakfast bowls and plates all had water on them. Food ok but menu never seems to change so you get bored of it very quickly if away a lot for business.
