The Manor Bareilly by Leisure Hotels

The cleanliness of the hotel is very well maintained. Interior of the hotel is good looking. Morning complimentary breakfast very nice. Behaviour of hotel staff also very good.

Stay was good but there was no slippers in the room it was deluxe room but it was too small no mirror in the room as comparison to money it was small

I am writing to share my experience during my recent stay at the manor hotel bareilly. While the hotel staff, including the front desk, housekeepers, and bell boys, were hospitable and courteous, there were some concerns that i would like to bring to your attention. The attached bathroom in my bedroom was not maintained hygienically. There were hair in the bathroom, in the shower area. Furthermore, the hot water supply was inconsistent, and it took multiple attempts by the hotel staff to get suitable hot water for bathing. Unfortunately, this process resulted in the wastage of approximately 4 full buckets of water, which was particularly concerning given india's water scarcity issues. As a returning guest to the manor hotel bareilly, i was disappointed to notice that the hotel's overall maintenance and upkeep have deteriorated over the years. Given the excellent reputation of leisure hotels group, i hope that the management will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to address the general hygiene and maintenance concerns. When i went there, he looked at my face again and again. And he says we don't allow couples. And then he allow in hotel but room was very poor and dirty

Bad room cleanliness, no got water, mosquitos in the room, no towels, phone was not working. Staff were slow in responding. Restaurant served old and stale food. Honestly the staff did not even bother to care. Pathetic service and hygiene.

Every thing are superb, room bathroom, restoration all are nice. Room staff also good, dinner and services are good
