The only issue I have a strong disagreement with was my wife and I were watching TV with little clothing on and the staff, who said they belived we had a dog in our room, knocked but it was a light knock which we thought was next door. While scrambling for cloths, yelling to wait, and trying to see out the door view hole (looked covered from the outside), the staff proceeded to enter. From the time they knocked the first time to the time they entered was not even enough to scramble for clothes. Seemed like they were eager to exercise their right to barge in to our room. We don't own a dog, and we had not heard a dog. Other than this incident, the hotel was much better than expected and if you're a smoker it has a nice covered area out front for smoking. The staff were helpful with requests, such as drinks that were in the lobby because the vending was out of order.
