Hotel Family-friendly Barcelona

For the amenities, I am referring to the room. Defect fridge door, very difficult to open the water in the shower, defect USB sockets, curtain can only 90% automatically close and some small things more. This is not the W standard I experienced before. Everything else as usual at W hotels. Very friendly service (can't give 5 points because I was waiting for my room unnecessarily long), nice restaurants with fantastic food, including breakfast.

The breakfast is diverse, rich and delicious. The room provides snacks, coffee machine and teapot. The room is not big, and it is noisy outside. There are people making noise nearby at night. Because there is another check-in the next day, the hotel will re-charge the breakfast fee for the previous check-in. Two people checked in, and even counted as five people. There was no actual inspection of the payment details. There were obvious mistakes in homework. Although there were improvements, this kind of error is a bit outrageous for a five-star hotel.

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and the overall style is retro Sanitation: It is quite clean Environment: The location is excellent, very close to the subway station and bus station, Casa Batlló, Casa Mila, and Plaza Catalunya are all within walking distance, and there is a popular tapas shop next to the hotel Service: The service is very good The only drawback is that the Ctrip agent booked the wrong room when booking, and the platform and the hotel finally solved it with sincerity.

Rooms are clean and service is good. The location is not far from the beach and there is free bus connecting to the old Town which takes 20-25 minutes. Swimming pool is available as well but unfortunately we did not bring the swimming clothes. In total the hotel deserves the expenses.

The best hitel evet smells sooo good , nice people works at the Reception. We were happy the best area intbe middle of evereything. Good restuartnts around but bes breakfastever at Hotel restaurant. You must try

We stayed in the suite on the 9th floor. The hotel is located in Plaza Catalunya, perfect for exploring the city without having to use transport or taxis. The suite was on 2 floors, comfortable and very clean with a view of Plaza Catalunya. The staff was welcoming and always available. A perfect place for a successful stay in Barcelona, ​​I highly recommend it!
