Close to tourist spots, there were many delicious shops around. It was said that the coffee machine was free to use, but it didn't work no matter how many times I did it, so I minus the service, but I am very satisfied with the cute room.

The gentlemen on the front desk were so kind and attentive - I was always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome! The breakfast selection was also great - the website pictures don't do it justice. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Thank you team Ciutadella! 

The room is much better than how it looks in the photos provided by the hotel. It's quite small but clean and tidy. The best thing about this hotel is that the location is prefect, very close to metro station and the beach. Overall, I would say the whole stay is a great deal.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Swimming pool is small, but still a nice environment to relax in. Rooms are decent, but the beds are singles joined together. Happy overall.

I was able to stay at a reasonable price, even though it was in the center, probably because I booked on a weekday. The staff is very friendly! The smile of the woman at the reception was impressive, and although I originally booked a dormitory with about 10 people, they kindly showed me to a room with fewer people available! Also, one of the joys of traveling with a backpacker is interacting with other guests at the hostel, and here, as an evening activity, you can make and eat dinner with other guests (the staff manages and gives instructions properly, and it's free), and after that, if you want, they will take you to a local club or bar for 20€. (You can go there all the time you stay if you pay once) So it was great to have a lot of interaction with other guests! I've stayed at various hostels, but it's rare to find one that does this much. I've stayed at other hostels in Barcelona, ​​but some of them didn't have an atmosphere of interaction at all. The guests were really interesting and from many different countries, so I highly recommend it for people who want to interact with others! On the one hand, there were few sinks to brush your teeth, which was a bit inconvenient, and the lockers had old, simple locks, so the security aspect was questionable. It's better than nothing, so I always carried my valuables with me, but there was a lock on the door to the room just in case. Luckily, all my roommates were nice people, so I had a good time. There's an Asian supermarket nearby, and the old town is just around the corner. It's also a good location for people who want to visit Barcelona for the first time and want to do some sightseeing.

I hate a person in reception who picked up my call in night time! Her English wasn’t good. She didn’t understand what I ask because she replied wrong answer. So I have to kept asking in the same question and than she changed her voice in moody voice and still reply wrong answer. Until I kept asking on third time and she gave me the right answer by still moody and she didn’t try to say sorry to me at all!!!!!! It’s really ROUGH!

Very basic hostel. Toilet and shower area is kind of in need of repair. Lot of spoil gear but they don't seem to care to repair. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Good mix of roommate. Cozy and clean

Near to metro station, a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around, near to Plaza Catalunya (bus stop to airport), clean room and basic amenities, excellent and helpful receptionist. Overall, great experience in this hotel 🙏🏼🤩

The hotel location is strategic just in the middle of the rambla street. Near every thing there's lots of restaurants and shops around. The metro station liceu is just in front of the hotel. I came from airport with metro it was very practical. The room is clean my room was renovated but there's a problem with shower water it gets out of the plastic curtain. I had a kettle and nescafe and tea was replaced everyday.

The location is good. The room was clean. However this is a very basic hotel. Unlike the photo, my double room did not have a kettle or tea and coffee. WiFi in the room is not free, you must go to the lobby to pay.
