The manager working there is super rude, no customer friendliness at all and isn't professional. I travel the world for work and have stayed in around 30 hotels in the past year. I highly recommend that the owner of the hotel fires the manager and people don't stay here.

The 360-degree restaurant on the top floor has a wide view. Have a drink, enjoy the view, and enjoy your body and mind! The breakfast restaurant waiter is warm and thoughtful! A bit far from the subway station

The front desk almost cheated me out of my money. I had already booked it, but they still tricked me into paying another 157 euros. Chinese guests should be careful of this hotel. Black shop. The service is extremely poor. The front desk staff is extremely arrogant. Rubbish hotel

One of the doors to the bathtub space is missing, so when you take a shower the outside of the bathtub space gets wet.

The neighborhood is horrible. Junkies at every step and incredible dirt.
The room they gave me leaked all the water from the bathtub and flooded the bathroom. I complained to the waitress and she told me that this happened in several rooms and that she left me four towels to put on and not leak the water????
I complained at the reception and they changed me to another room.
They charged me 22 euros for giving me the room a couple of hours before when usually in other hotels if they have it available they do not make a problem.
Very nice and comfortable facilities but the environment is terrible.
I didn't like the floor in the room because it's ceramic like kitchen... I missed a good parquet in a hotel of this category.

I stayed 4 nights in the hotel, in general I liked everything, and the location and connection with the famous places are super. Cleaning in the room corresponded to 3*, no one in the room wipes dust. The breakfast was not bad, the selection is small, but everything is tasty, especially the 5* cappuccino. We were accommodated on the 2nd floor, where we just entered the room and from the window we could see and hear how the boys were playing football and shouting, but we immediately went to the reception and we were changed to a room on the 10th floor with a view of Barcelona and the central street and everything was ok.
