Please take care of your belongings when you are walking around the hotel, as its location is one of the most dangerous of Barcelona, Many pickpockets. A police came to tell me to don’t use my phone in the street and take care about my bag… and the hotel doesn’t worth it

Location is nice in the middle of Ramblas street which is near to everything. But they have a problem about clean. The room was not clean enough.

We had our flight very early in the morning. We arrived around 9am but unfortunately we couldn't check in but we could store our luggage. I asked for the room to be seen as a priority. The young lady was very unfriendly and didn't accommodate "in that sense it's not your problem that our flight was so early" I asked her to call us when the room was ready. She did not. When I asked her why she didnt call us. she said she had just received the information. I have been working in this profession for 8 years and that was a weak excuse and to contradict the guests and get cheeky wow! Otherwise the rest of the staff were very friendly.

It is a nice hotel. Near the metro station. The staffs are pleased to help you，they will give nice suggestions for your trip.

The room was extremely small, hotel is very congested. The room pictures are not true ones.
Location is good and reception staff is very polite and helpful.
I will not stay here again, just coz room was too small, basin installed inside the room which is not very convenient to use.

The location is perfect. 2 minutes walk to the metro.
However the room had a smell coming from the bathroom which was really rank. For a romantic stay… this was not ideal.
At night, there was street light coming from the bathroom (frosted door) so it was hard to get to sleep.
It said soundproofing but we could hear outside and the neighbors room.
For a night, I would say it’s ok thanks to its location.
Don’t forget an eye mask and some ear plugs.

Beautiful and clean hotel in a perfect location! The staff were sooooo nice and helpful, hooking us up with tourist attractions around the city and a great, convenient laundry service nearby. I would 100% come back and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the amazing experience Barcelona has to offer!

Great Hotel with very cheap price and nice rooms with great location. Rezeption is great and staff is very friendly and rooms are very clean. Just as it is in Central area it can be very loud at night.
Generally in Barcelona and specifically in Catalonia be careful of pocketpickers!

Positiv: Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Rambla und wir konnten zu Fuß alles gut erreichen.
Das Personal im Hotel war immer freundlich.
Negativ: (Wir hatten das superior Doppelzimmer mit Balkon)
Leider ist das Badezimmer in einem schlechten Zustand. Der Duschkopf ist undicht (es wäre ja ein leichtes diesen auszutauschen).
Die Metallabdeckung über dem Abfluss in der Dusche hängt nur noch an einer Schraube. Jeden morgen wir diese von der Reinigungskraft wieder über den Abfluss
geschoben, welcher beim duschen direkt wieder verrutscht und eine Sturzgefahr darstellt.
Der Waschtisch ist verrostet
Die Vorhänge haben Löcher
Die Tischplatte vom Tisch auf dem Balkon ist durch den Regen gelöst und aufgequollen.
Der Balkon voll mit Taubenkot
