The neighbour is quite noisy and you have to pick up the key at the other area that they didn’t give us an advance notice.

The room was dirty. We found a sock under my bed . Water flowed from the skirting board so the bedroom was slippery because of that. During the night it has too much noise. The location is good. I don’t recommend it.

The beds are rippy and very uncomfortable. although the mattresses are excellent. One bedroom is comfortable, the second is just like a prison cell. terribly dark, the window was so small that it became claustrophobic. From this small window there is access to a very noisy courtyard where washing machines are constantly making noise and the annoying sounds of communications disturb sleep. I didn’t sleep a single night during the entire 5 days of my stay. it's horrible. And the worst thing is that you are fooling people by not giving a photo of this room. When booking on *********** the photo was only of the main bedroom. But there was no photo of the second small bedroom. It's just a scam

Great location lively with plenty of people and restaurants. Great little shops and grocery stores. Apartment is good for 4 plenty of space And great kitchen with good supplies. Definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in Gracia. Close to cafes, restaurants, bars, grocery shops.... Walking distance to many places of Barcelona. Balcony with a beautiful view was a big plus. Great and helpful staff. We highly recommend Mila Apartments.

Beautiful apartment in Gracia. Restaurants, bars, grocery shops, bakeries… close by. Loved sitting on the balcony where we were even able to see part of the Sagrada Familia.Perfectly equipped with everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. Very helpful and polite staff. Highly recommend it.

There was a festival for the 3 nights we stayed at the property, with a DJ playing music outside the bedrooms - where the children slept. Crowds of people were partying until 4am. No communication from the property regarding what I imagine would be an inconvenience for most - especially for children who aren’t accustomed to falling asleep with music blaring outside their window. Place itself was good - clean.

We wanted to stay away from the touristed areas of Las Ramblas and liked the area of the apartment in Gracia. The apartment was spacious, clean and decently appointed. The balconies were nice, but we didn't use them bc of the heat. There were kitchen implements, but not clothespins for hanging washing despite there being a washing machine (very handy and good quality). The beds were terrible, however. The double bed was concave and only had 2 pillows (for 2 people is not enough IMO). The A/C was amazing, however, and much needed! So, it was good, but not great. For the $300+/night we paid, I expected a little more. Reception and service was friendly and efficient.

Awesome place, really close to Sagrada Familia. Two metro stations nearby, quite calm neighbourhood. Two bars with tapas in front of entrence to casa 🥰 apartament was clean and totally equiped. Really recommend it!

Apartments with 4 stars I made the reservation, and it was clearly written that they provide daily cleaning, they claimed it was a mistake and did not take responsibility even after calls from ********** to the property manager, 2 days before departure after I explained again that they are wrong and do not want to take responsibility, I am going to write a review of the service as a customer Gold on the site, offered to change towels and send a bottle of wine to each room because they can't clean on the same day, the staff is not in the building, changed towels, a bottle of wine was not sent, and corrected the mistake on the site, now it is limited room cleaning 1- The double bed is not comfortable at all 2- It is impossible to use both showers at the same time, at least in my room number 4-1 3-The apartment is not bad, it is new 4-It is not far from the city center 5-parking not available , but there is a parking far 2-3 walking minutes 6-small shops outside the apartments Waiting for an answer from the ********** website who is going to take responsibility

Great stay, great staff, great location.

The apartment was nice. It was a little uncomfortable having to go to a different location to pick up the keys but they were very quick with the check-in process. Also, neither of the televisions worked and some of the outlets were not working. You also need to take out your own trash before leaving and leave the dishes in the dish washer or you are charged an extra fee. This didn't really bother me so much it just added some stress when rushing around the morning of check out. It was also a little awkward waking up in the morning seeing "Tourist go home" spray painted on the entry way to the building and several nearby areas. We felt a little uncomfortable walking around after that.

The apartment itself is great - very clean, modern and with everything you need. The location is good - halfway between the Diagonal metro and Sagrada. What they don't tell you in the booking information is that the reception office is an hour's walk away - so be aware of this and make sure you go get the keys before going to the apartment.
