Recepcionistas muy amables y atentos

This is a difficult review to write, we had a couple of nights here which was fine, we were due to return to the UK a week later so I booked one more night to make the journey home easier. There are good things, it is warm, reasonably comfortable, breakfast was fine and the lady was helpful. The morning we left my phone went off and I was indisposed and couldn't get to it immediately. I stress I would not consider it was excessively loud or likely to disturb anyone ( I am not in the habit of disturbing people). I got a bang on the door and frankly the man who was on the night desk was rude and addressed me in a manner that I did not expect as a paying customer. Had I not already paid I absolutely would not have paid to be spoken to in this manner. I can only surmise that the walls are ABSOLUTELY PAPER THIN and that being the case it would probably be advisable to inform your guests of the fact beforehand. In truth it spoilt the end of the holiday. I wrote to them afterwards expressing my unhappiness but received no reply or acknowledgement. Disappointing.

We had a lovely stay, the rooms were clean and the staff friendly and very helpful. The location was good, about 10 minutes walk to the metro and there were supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. The breakfast was a good choice.

First of all, THANK YOU Anna and the staff for you kind welcome and hosting us. We had a great stay, with an amazing wlecome. From the moment we stepped in, Anna greeted us with all the details about the B&B and its location in Barcelona. We got a map, that was higghlited with the things to see and places to be. Anna also took the time to answer any of our questions about our surroudnings and recommend places we were looking for. The beds were confortable, and facilities were very clean!!! The breakfast was just what one needed to start the day, with tea and coffee always available in the kitchen area. The bus stop is immediately outside the building, with the 1 bus to get one to the beach and main attractions we were considering. The HopOn-Hop-Off stop, was withing a 5 minute walk at the Diagonal roundabout. Shopping mall within a 10 minute walk. Rail Station within a 14 minute walk. PLENTY of restaurants, caffes, grocery and convinience stores in the area. Despite the busy street, the noise was minimal at night. Staff was available 24/7 Best yet, everyone was absolutelly accommodating, friendly, attentive at this B&B beofre and during our stay. Just-wow! Again, Thank You for hosting us!

Nous avons payé 870 euros pour 5 nuits, soit 174 euros par nuitée avec le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel Asylp de Barcelone. Le 1er problème, c'est que ce n'est pas un hôtel, mais plutôt des appartements hôtels situés au 1er étage d'un immeuble d'habitation. Le 2ème problème est que nous avions une petite chambre (N07) de 10m2 et assez mal insonorisée car donnant sur un boulevard. Lorsque l'on regarde Booking, la description est 15 m2 (faux), insonorisé (faux) et machine à café (faux). Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus. Le seul point positif que je retiens: la sympathique du personnel et de la propriétaire, mais cela ne suffit pas eu égard à la médiocrité de la qualité/prix de la chambre . A bon entendeur ...AL

Um hotel simples, mas com preço justo! A localização é muito boa, ficando a 10/15min do metro, perto de paradas de trolebus e pontos de ônibus, além de possuir restaurantes e grandes avenidas por perto. Não é um hotel para quem procura luxo, porém possui um atendimento incrível e que busca deixar o hospede o mais a vontade possível. O quarto e o banheiro são espaçosos, porém a cabine do chuveiro poderia ser um pouco maior. Alguns quartos são virados para a avenida, e pode haver um pouco de barulho, mas não foi algo que nos incomodou. Avisamos que iriamos sair antes do horário do café e os funcionários nos deixaram sanduiches prontos, uma gentileza incrível deles!
