Location is good, staff are friendly, rooms are standard, nothing too fancy in my opinion, didn’t feel like 5 star, most like a 4 star hotel to me, but stay was fine. Bathroom is leaking.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the Centre of every places you need to go. We can walk to all the major tourist spots in Barcelona. The room is clean and spacious enough for the two of us. There are lots of outdoor restaurants right outside of the hotel so it’s feels very vibrant even when you go back to hotel late, so I think it’s a safe location for ladies travelers.

The hotel is strategically located near Passeig de Gracia and Casa Batlló, making it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous and catered to all my needs. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! Casa Batlló, Casa Mila, and Gracias Avenue are all downstairs. You can return to the hotel after shopping, and the security is very good, which makes people feel at ease. The terrace room I booked is very beautiful, and I can see the beautiful sunset every day. I will book this hotel next time.

There was no quilt and they advised me to turn up the air conditioner to keep warm. I went to the front desk to argue with them and found that there was only one waiter in the whole hotel. Whatever. I brought a bed sheet and there were bugs crawling on it. The castle that failed the wife of Louis III

The service is warm and the location is good. It's close to the subway station and convenient for traveling. However, the air conditioning is not powerful and the heating effect is not very good! Next time I come, I will choose here again!

The room is clean and hygienic, and there is free shuttle service. I came here with my friends and had a great experience staying in this hotel. The stay was great, the breakfast was delicious and there were many kinds. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very attentive and enthusiastic.

I'm not a high scorer. The staff who went there during the peak travel period were very busy, but they arranged for early check-in and provided whastapp to contact to clean the room. The staff were very friendly. The room is relatively small, and the machine with coffee capsules in it is better. In terms of hygiene, I think it is average. The bed is really clean and there is not a single hair. However, there is a dirty thing in the place where the clothes are hung next to the bath that has not been cleaned up, and it feels disgusting. The bathing equipment are all very good German brands, in line with five stars, the others are only four stars, and the hair dryer is not very good. In addition, the breakfast is very good. There are many cheese and ham to choose from. The sweets are also good, and the juices are super fresh, which is in line with five stars. The price of the rooftop bar is too high, but the view is beautiful, and the Sagrada Familia can be seen from one side. In addition, the location is good and very convenient.
