Location is good, staff are friendly, rooms are standard, nothing too fancy in my opinion, didn’t feel like 5 star, most like a 4 star hotel to me, but stay was fine. Bathroom is leaking.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the Centre of every places you need to go. We can walk to all the major tourist spots in Barcelona. The room is clean and spacious enough for the two of us. There are lots of outdoor restaurants right outside of the hotel so it’s feels very vibrant even when you go back to hotel late, so I think it’s a safe location for ladies travelers.

酒店位置優越，鄰近格拉西亞大道和巴特洛之家，購物遊覽都很方便。酒店職員親切有禮，滿足我的所有需求。強烈推薦！

住宿過程中服務還算ok，但預訂帶露台高級房有可能會給你一個很小完全和樣圖上不一樣的房間，貨不對板，這是第一個問題。第二個問題，我從酒店退房去格蘭納達時在飛機上發現錢包丟了，由於不確定是否是在酒店丟的，我當天發電郵給酒店問了一下有沒有人看到我的錢包，錢包裏有一張信用卡和40歐元現金，沒説別的，但酒店始終沒有回覆。雖然不是什麼大損失，但這種完全不回覆的態度是從來沒見過，回個郵件不會**的。

居然沒被子而且還勸你把空調開大些會暖和，去前台跟他們理論發現全酒店衹有一個服務員。也罷。拿來個床笠居然有蟲子在爬。辜負了路易斯三的太太的城堡

我不是一個打分高的人。旅遊高峯期期去的工作人員都很忙，但是還是安排了提前入住，提供whastapp聯繫清掃完房間，工作人員都很友好。房間比較小，裏面有咖啡膠囊的機器比較好。衞生的話我覺得一般，床真的很乾凈，沒有一根毛髮，但是洗澡旁邊掛衣服的地方有個臟東西沒清理掉，感覺很噁心。洗浴設備都是德國牌子非常好，符合五星，其他都衹有四星級別，吹風機也不怎麼樣。另外早餐很棒很多cheese和ham可以選，甜食也不錯，果汁都超新鮮，符合五星。rooftop bar價格太高了，但是景美，一側能看到聖家堂。另外地理位置還是不錯的，很方便。
