Lokasinya 5 menit jalan kaki dari Plaza Catalunya dan 10 menit jalan kaki dari Casa Batllo. The Gothic Quarter juga berjarak sekitar 10 hingga 15 menit, jadi senang bisa bolak-balik dengan nyaman. Sarapan termasuk buah, churro, sandwich jamon, jus jeruk, dll., sangat lezat sehingga lebih enak daripada makan di luar. Sarapan sangat dianjurkan. Namun area kamar mandi, termasuk shower, kurang bersih sepenuhnya. Ada beberapa skala Kolam renangnya kecil, tapi saya datang hanya untuk melihatnya.

A really beautiful hotel in a great central location. Really welcoming staff and beautiful hotel amenities. Only let down is the pool, which is a plunge pool and is small. Otherwise, it is perfect and I would stay at other H10 collection hotels.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights , location is so good so convenient , within walking distance ! The staff are so friendly and helpful , we express here our thanks to Xinyin and Ian ! We have a wonderful trip in Barcelona

Credit to the concierge African man who was extremely polite , professional and friendly. He was greeting everyone guess and offering assistance without being prompted. It was rarely to see people with this enthusiastic now a day. Unfortunately we forgot his name. But we decided to give a full stars on this review because of his hospitality.

Location was very good. But unfortunately the service and communication was not at the expected level. The team was willing to help, but due to the fully booked situation they could not help us. The terrace door was not possible to close and this gave us an unsafe feeling. As everybody could enter via the terrace to our room.

We had an amazing experience at this wonderful hotel! The location is great, near all the central places, but not too crowded. The room was nice and clean. We had a room turning to the courtyard so it was very quiet which was important to us. Above all the staff was amazing without exceptions, everyone was always super nice and willing to help - I strongly recommend this hotel and will surely come back! :)

Plaça Catalunya and the metro station are very close to the hotel (convenient to the airport) Reception staff has good at english The cleaner cleans up every day Breakfast is very good I can reserve this hotel later

숙박비가 비싼 바르셀로나에서 그래도 갈만한 정도의 가격대의 좋은 호텔이었습니다 웰컴 드링크도 주고, 로비에서 좋은 향도 나서 좋았어요 침구도 다 편했고, 어메니티도 따라 찾아볼만큼 향이 좋았어요 정말 만족한 숙소입닏

カタルーニャ広場に百貨店エル　コルテ　イングレスからは歩いて5分。カタルーニャ音楽堂、カサミラ、カサパトリョ、ブケリア市場になども徒歩10分から15分程度で観光にもショッピングにも最適な場所。ウェルカムドリンク🥤でもてなされ、朝のビュッフェは、内容が毎日変わる。スペインの伝統的な料理も出してくれるから、毎日のビュッフェだけでも満足。部屋は、天井が高くテラスは、庭に向かってあり緑の植物を観ながらくつろぐことも出来るように膝掛けまで用意してあった。カプセルコーヒーに無料の水もついており、簡単な歯ブラシや、キャップなどもシンプルなポーチに入れて準備されていた。もちろんシャンプー、リンス、シャワージェルなどは備え付け。バスローブにスリッパまである。またバルセロナに来た時は利用させてほしい。職員も皆、感じが良かった。ただ、チェーン店があちこちにあるので間違えないように！私は間違えて行ったが、急な雨に降られ雨宿りをさせてもらい、ウェルカムドリンクまで頂いてありがたかった。こんな自然で小さな親切が大変嬉しいものだ。

房間很乾凈，地理位置不錯，離景區都算近，步行都能到，離一個廣場很近，可以巴塞隆拿機場坐A1走幾分鐘就到，交通挺方便。

這次入住體驗非常不好： 第一、客人入住酒店辦理手續時，讓客人等待了很長時間，遇到問題處理速度不夠快，本來是與第三方平台溝通的問題，硬要客人自己解決，前台辦理的兩位工作人員更不考慮客人國家的時差問題，非要客人提供付款憑證訊息（中國此時是半夜），服務太度極差。 第二、房間內設施陳舊，咖啡機是不乾淨，壁燈感覺也是快掉下來了，毛巾很舊，廁所也不通風。房間內提供的飲用水第二天也沒補全。 第三，預訂時備註了希望房間是朝東或是朝南的，但安排時明明有朝東的房間就是不安排，非要客人出示付款憑證後才給安排。 第四、酒店外面一直有施工，出行不方便。 本來開開心心去玩，結果入住體驗這麼差，希望後續去遊玩的人，避免踩坑，預訂酒店時特別注意，不要被欺騙！

직원들은 매우 친절하였으며, 외관이나 로비 등 시설은 깔끔했습니다. 다만 객실 내 청결도는 기대에 미치지 못했고 특히 샤워시설 내 배수가 잘 안되어서 샤워할때마다 물이 넘칠듯했습니다. 슬리퍼와 샤워가운, 어매니티가 제공됩니다. 현재 h10 계열 다른 호텔에 투숙 중이라 비교해보자면 h10 우르키나오나플라자는 청결은 좀 미흡한것 같네요.
