The facilities are very old and degrared. The restaurant was not enough room for the guests to have a comfortable space for breakfast. The food was ok but didn't changed a single thing during our 4 night stay. We noticed the table was not totally clean when we sat for our breakfast. The lifts are so tiny and really slow. The restroom at ground floor is miserable. In general the facilities as well as the services are substandard for a 4* hotel. Our room was kind of suit but it was totally a disappointment. When we enter the room, it seemed like walking into a sauna as it's so very hot 🥵 🔥 🥵 even we did do pre-checkin, with the fridge not working, water leaks on both showers place and toilet making the bathroom wet and moist all the time, not mentioned the shower place was too tiny even for an Asian woman like me. The curtains looked like a mess and floor carpet smelled urines (maybe the previous baby guess left some). It was too dark in the room as it didn't have enough light.
We reported the issues of water leaks and the fridge doesn't work to the reception multiple times but didn't work out and the hotel didn't provide us an alternative room. It's definitely not the Accor standard as I never ever experienced such a bad experiences like this for almost 20 years using this brand. It was a shame. I'm requesting for a refund as they can't sell a fault product to clients, definitely not, if they care about their clients.
