SS.StarksWhile the views and vibes were good. The hotel staff presented great customer service. We were in town for a track meet and with early morning starts we were very disappointed that the advertised breakfast with we were given tickets for at check in wasn't available not even for one day of our stay. This was very inconvenient and there was no compensation offered or given.

TTamuVery nice hotel and stay. Just a few things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. First was the desk chair. It wasn't completely functional. The adjustment lever would get stuck if you tried to use it, so you were stuck with the chair in the current settings. Second was the coffee. For some reason, they only had 1 regular coffee and 3 decaffeinated coffees. Third, the hotel didn't clean the room on the second day. I was hoping they would provide additional coffee, sugars, and creamers, but they didn't come by at all.
Everything else was outstanding. I loved the room I was in. The studio had a couch with a large swivel TV. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bathroom was clean, bright, and modern. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of hot options, which was great.

TTamuToilet was too low and there was no microwave in the room. Icemaker and microwave for use was down the hall, and neither was working until after I called the front desk. Great customer service at the front desk.

TTamuEl hotel estaba bello la atención espectacular al igual q la limpieza no había un detalle la vista de la piscina era hermosa y acogedora se respiraba paz y tranquilidad en el restaurante la comida estaba esquista y el desayuno en el bufé era bastante amplio aunque el precio estaba un poco alto pero me encantó porque todo Asia un completo todo estaba cubierto al detalle y estaba ubicado en el dentro y la estación de trenes quedaba a 4 min por lo q cumplió mis espertativas

MMrs LandIt was very clean and nice. The only downfall was. They had a lot of ways to make extra money off of you without you knowing it was almost like they would put things out for you to get and then tell you afterwards. Oh, you have to pay for that. it was quite different than most hotels we have ever been to

TTamuIt was difficult to call the front desk due to the land line got zapped by lightning so we couldn't get picked up by shuttle from airport. Other than that, the hotel was good. We particularly enjoyed the pool with warm water. There was a bistro in lobby that was opened until 10pm and you can also buy snacks and sandwiches at front desk 24hr. We use the free shuttle service to airport at 5:30am and we were told they start shuttle service at 4am.

SSandy CherryIt is a beautiful facility and our room was no exception with very comfy beds (and pillows). All of the service we required and received during our visit was timely and offered with a smile. Breakfast was excellent as were the drinks in the lobby bar!!!
