Hotel dengan Bar di Charlotte

Our stay at this lovely hotel was very nice. It is located close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to the interstate loop for getting around Charlotte. The room was a one bedroom suite. It was set up well for accommodation of the three of our party. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very tasty. We enjoyed our weekend stay & would choose the same location upon further travels.

The room was spacious and clean, and the concierge gave us cookies when we checked in. There was water tea and coffee complimentary in the room. We were there for a concert at the spectrum center, which is only about a 5 minute walk away. The restaurants and cafes around are all very good as well.

Stayed here for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained with fresh drinks, robes and bathroom supplies. The handheld showerhead would leak when using the main head and the toilet would continually flow water after every use unless you manually removed the cover and fixed it.

Our room was great, the restaurant was very nice. But the highlight of our stay was Chino at the front desk. He was amazing. Very friendly, energetic and engaging. His customer service was extraordinary. His smile was warm and continuous. And his manner was very genuine. In an age when customer service is being forgotten, it is refreshing to meet someone who still stands tall in this category.

The lobby is beautiful. Check in was quick and easy. There is a $50 deposit for any damages that is returned to you after check out (3-4 business days). We arrived during their happy hour. Each adult got 2 free drinks and complementary snacks. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The shower was nice and big and had plenty of hot water.But there wasn't much water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The indoor pool was warm and very spacious. They have a kitchen here and the food was pretty good compared to the pricing. The breakfast was amazing.There were many different options for you to choose from, including a fresh omelet stand. I would definitely stay here again for business and pleasure.

Adequate. Room is clean enough. Low water pressure. 17 dollars for a ”buffet” breakfast. A lot of confusion about thr airport shuttle. It was close to the airport.

機場一般都有喜來登酒店，但這家比較老舊了，一般般吧！真的也沒什麼好説的！房間比較小，唯一可以説讓人有點小驚喜的是我在酒店點了一份炸雞和沙拉送客房的那種，味道還不錯，盤頭也很大，還真的是吃不完。早餐是需要另外到下面餐廳去點餐的。
