LLee YaroWe stayed at Seda during the weekend to celebrate valentine's day. Room stay was good, and we were allowed late check out at 1pm.
Gym is not big but good enough. Theres also a pool.
Location is good
Breakfast buffet could be better as food was quite oily.
All in all, would stay in Seda again if we return here in the future.

My family and I had a great time staying there for a few days.
Lovely was truly lovely—it really suited her name. She was the most accommodating from the very start. We wanted to thank her again during check-out, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to see her. She went above and beyond in hospitality, and you’re lucky to have her. Keep up the great work.
As for breakfast—OMG, we loved it! Special mention to the one who makes the coffee. Just a small note: it would be nice to improve or change the chafing dishes so the food stays hot. Other than that, the food and service were great.
I will definitely choose this hotel from now on, as we always stay in the city for a few days before heading to our rest house.
See you again soon, and thank you for the birthday cake and balloons!

PPengguna AnonimWe had a wonderful stay at Lex Hotel Cebu from September 4–7. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast buffet—it was impressive with so many food choices. From fresh vegetable salads, puto sikwate, and main dishes like lechon belly and beef, to live cooking stations where you can request pasta or omelets, plus a wide variety of breads, croissants, and desserts. It was a perfect way to start each day.
As returning guests, we also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of receiving coupons for free drinks and a round of table pool. It made us feel valued and welcomed back.
The staff deserve special mention—they were very accommodating, always ready to assist, and made every request easy to handle.
There were a couple of minor downsides: in our room, we could hear some traffic noise from the road, although it became tolerable after a while. The basement parking lot was also a bit tight, especially for larger vehicles like our Ford Ranger. Fortunately, the staff were always there to help guide us in maneuvering, which made it manageable.
Overall, Lex Hotel Cebu remains a great choice with excellent service, delicious food, and warm hospitality. We’ll gladly stay here again.

TTamuCheck in and check out was very quick and service was excellent from all employees. The hotel itself is pretty standard and ordinary but great value. They have a well heated bathtub. Rooftop bar was a little smaller than i expected but twas still pretty overlooking the city. They had a band the night we stayed which was a Saturday. And most importantly, free parking is available in front of the hotel and basement. Buffet was decent as well. The staff was very accommodating. Thank you for having me and my little family.

JJessa LeopardasI loved my room. It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The shower had great hot water and strong pressure, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the AC worked well. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful, except at the front desk, which was disappointing.
Check-in was at 2 pm. Instead of waiting in the lobby, I let them know I would be at the café and asked to be informed once my room was ready. However, even after 2 pm, I had to return to the lobby myself and still wait before the room was given to me.
During check-out, I checked out early and was told to take a seat while they processed my deposit. I waited 30 minutes, and if I hadn’t followed up again, I believe I would have waited even longer as they seemed to have completely forgotten I was waiting.
Aside from these front desk issues, the rest of my stay was terrific.
