I had a really good stay at Yaochang Hotel. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the overall environment is comfortable. What stood out the most was the service — the staff were very friendly and attentive. They even personally brought me to the lift and took the time to explain everything about the stay, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is convenient, and there is also a shuttle service (接驳车) that brings guests to the tourist centre (游客中心), which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. The price is slightly on the higher side, but it is reasonable as it includes the entrance tickets, which adds value to the overall experience. Facilities are simple but everything works well and is sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel ini sangat bagus. Pertama, lokasinya luar biasa; terletak di dalam Caiyang Plaza, dikelilingi oleh restoran dan tempat hiburan. Hotel ini juga dekat dengan Jalan Nanchang dan Kawasan Wisata Kanal Kuno Jembatan Qingming, sehingga sangat nyaman untuk bersantap, hiburan, dan rekreasi. Tidak jauh dari Henglong Plaza dan Suning Plaza, sekitar 20 menit berkendara, dan ada juga Jalan Pejalan Kaki Kuil Chong'an di dekatnya. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini memenuhi kebutuhan kami. Pilihan sarapan agak terbatas, dan saat kami tiba, sudah hampir habis. Rasanya biasa saja; hanya cukup untuk mengisi perut kami. Kami tidak mencoba kolam renang atau pusat kebugaran, jadi kami tidak dapat memberikan komentar tentang hal itu.

Staff were nice and willing to help with questions. The place itself was a little difficult to find in the dark and not well signposted etc. the escalator up to 3rd floor is not working but there is a lift around the back of the building. The room was clean, with good air con and heating and the bed comfortable. The room was a reasonable size - good amount of storage and a good shower - no real seating area. All in all a positive experience - it is what it describes itself to be - an aparthotel room at a good price - the Ritz it is not and the development is still not completely finished and fitted (like much of this part of Wuxi) I would say but the parts you use (apart from the escalator) are good. There is a big modern shopping mall about 20-25 mins walk with food court and restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc.
