Choosing this hotel was a spontaneous decision, but it ended up being a delightful surprise. It even made me decide to extend my stay at 3 a.m., and I convinced my friend, who had already booked another hotel, to switch to this one. We arrived in Jiangmen at 12:30 a.m. and found that this was a brand-new hotel. There were ample parking spaces in the two underground garage levels. The entire staff, including Jason, Bella, Susie, William, Coco, and others, provided us with a very welcoming service, truly making guests feel at home. The lobby had a welcome spread of fruits and drinks, and it was clean and bright. The room layout was well thought out, spacious, and tidy. The hotel amenities were eco-friendly without compromising on luxury. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, even making someone like me who doesn't usually eat breakfast have quite a bit. The staff were warm, sincere, and genuinely listened to guest feedback. Both my family and friends agree that this team has greatly increased our affection for the Poltton brand. Jiangmen is traditionally known as a home for overseas Chinese, and many come back to visit their families. I must say, the hotel's family-style service model was refreshing and made a great impression. I've already recommended it to many of my overseas relatives and friends. I sincerely wish you to keep your original intentions and continue to improve. Keep up the good work! 选择这家酒店是一个临时起意的决定，没想到却带来了很大的惊喜，甚至让我在凌晨3点决定加定一晚，并让原本已经订好其他酒店的好友也改定在这里。半夜12点半才到的江门，发现这是一家全新的酒店，地下两层车库有充足的停车位，全体工作人员，包括Jason，Bella，Susie，William，Coco等一众员工都给我们提供了非常welcoming的服务，确确实实让客人感到宾至如归。大堂会有欢迎入住的水果和饮品，干净明亮，房间空间布局合理，敞亮整洁。酒店用品环保又不失高档的感觉，早餐营养美味，让不爱吃早餐的我也吃了不少。工作人员热情、诚恳且虚心聆听客人的反馈，我和家人朋友都认为这个team让我们对铂顿这个品牌攒足好感度。江门本来就是侨都，会有很多来自海外的华人回来探亲，可以说这家酒店这种家庭式管家的模式让人耳目一新且好感倍增。已推荐给身边一众海外亲友。真心祝愿你们保持初心，越做越好。加油！

The hotel lobby is grand and we free upgraded room as mentioned by the receptionist, however I do not see any different with the one I'm booking ) The hotel breakfast have variety of choice which consider good compare to other China hotel.

The services provided was good. Front desk staff provided very helpful guidance. There were a lot of free meals and buffets and entertainments. Location of the hotel is good because it closes to large mall with many restauarants.

I recently stayed at Xi'an Deluxe Hotel and had a great experience! As soon as I entered the lobby, the unique aromatherapy smell lingered, and the elegant and romantic atmosphere instantly captured me. The room was exquisitely decorated and warm, and the French-style decoration showed the style, especially the comfortable big bed, which was as soft as a cloud, allowing me to sleep well all night. The toiletries in the bathroom were charming and of great quality. The staff was warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast was also rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and the taste was great. I will choose here next time!

The front desk service was great. It was my first time to travel in Jiangmen and I didn't know where to go. The front desk patiently explained to us the fun and delicious places around us, and upgraded us to a view room. We booked a king-size bed and upgraded us to a view room. There was also a bathtub in the room. It was really comfortable to take a bath after a day of sightseeing. We had a Chinese and Western buffet breakfast the next day before leaving. I was so satisfied! !

Let’s talk about the good things first: the rooms are large, the facilities are new, parking is convenient, and it’s only a 10-minute drive from Chaotou Park. You can choose one Western/Chinese breakfast and delivered directly to your room. Dissatisfaction: To be honest, this design of the room is not suitable for two people. There is no place to hang clothes in the shower room. It needs to be placed at the door of the shower room. It is very awkward for two people to stay. To adjust the air conditioner, you must give voice commands to ”Xiaodu” and lower the volume when giving commands in the middle of the night. It feels weird when you think about it. For roommates who have a habit of waking up at night, the sounds in the bathroom are even more miserable.

this Hotel was a 5star before 10years ago not now , so you shouldnt expect like a five - star hotel amenities, cleanless or services , you should cosider what you want to then choose it, in this Hotel you have any things that you need except refrigrator and air conditioner annoying due old age , but if you are here for business this hotel is a good offer you couldnt satisfied and you will like it , from 5 years ago each time come Xinhui this is one of my best choices

The hotel is very good. The whole check-in process was pleasant and reassuring. Ayan's service attitude at the front desk was very good. The rooms are fully equipped and the hygiene is meticulous. Highly recommended.
