It was very relaxing and comfortable in 3 days in this hotel. Nature around hotel was good , especially， hotel crews was nice and good attitude I definitely will visit again and recommend to all of you. 감사합니다😄

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

This is a new hotel is a new tower so it does not feel old or dated. The decor is quite stylish and the reception desk were extremely helpful and professional with our early check in request and the switching rooms because the first two rooms we checked smelled of cigarettes. The robot delivery to your room for items such as takeout was a novelty we enjoyed. There were however a few things which took away from it being a truly world class 5 star hotel. Minor inconveniences: - The shower had a small leak every time we used it. The plumbing for the whole hotel seems to have not been to a good standard as evidenced by other reviews and the amount of new plumbing sealant applied to the sink - The amount of light switches and their placement. Some buttons didn’t work and some of the English labels did not correspond to their actual use. Major inconveniences - The cigarette smell in the first two rooms we checked. Cigarette smoke also leaked into our room in the mornings from neighbouring rooms. If you’re not going to enforce your no smoking policy then I suggest creating separate floors for smokers and non smokers - The quality of the bed was not 5 star. It was way too soft and sunken and reduced our quality of sleep - The hotel management should not pressure their staff to request guests write 5 star reviews. Chasing your guests on WeChat to ask for reviews is in no way professional I would suggest to the hotel management that they take their staff on a “work study” trip to the IFC Residence in Shanghai to learn how to accomplish true world class 5 star professionalism. The staff there don’t bother you unless you need them and I would happily write them a good review without being prompted.

Great hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before ).

had a great stay here. The staff were consistently friendly, and the receptionist Alex stood out, he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, answered every question, and handled any issue quickly. Unfortunately, I became sick right before arriving, so my entire six-day trip ended up being spent inside the hotel. But honestly, that wasn’t too bad. The room had 500 English movies and a full kitchen, so I was able to rest comfortably. The hotel is modern, the gym is solid, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. My only criticism is that the hotel should consider adding a food-delivery robot. The elevators are fast, but when you’re sick, getting up and down to pick up food is difficult. Besides that, I’d definitely stay here again.

我是很少寫點評的，但是這家酒店真的讓我太難忘，從進入酒店那一刻，就被美，安靜，舒服包圍，內心剎那平靜，一切都是那麼和諧。我住了三天，沒有出過酒店的大門，做了Spa,上了神奇的療愈課，做SPA的春春手法極好，加上儀器一起，真的很棒，很放鬆；療愈課一個小時，我感覺就二十分鐘，其中大概頌缽聲中睡著了，酒店的素食凈化我們的身體，一個人安靜的欣賞每個角落，或者在露台上泡杯茶看看湖面釣魚的人兒，一切都那麼平靜，太棒了，打算一月來住一次了。對了，感謝酒店的每一位工作人員，老公當中要坐高鐵，酒店竟然免費接送，司機熱情周到，太感謝了

Ini adalah pertama kalinya saya menginap di hotel ini dan saya sangat puas. Saya tidak menyangka akan kembali lagi untuk berkunjung kembali. Pelayanannya sangat baik dan luar biasa. Ditanya apakah saya punya saran, saya tidak punya saran karena kamarnya sangat bersih dan setiap anggota stafnya baik tidak peduli di departemen mana mereka berada di lantai pertama dan restoran lantai delapan hangat. Kamarnya sangat bagus. Anda dapat melihat bahwa kamarnya telah dibersihkan dengan hati-hati. Kemudian saya lupa barang-barang saya dan bahkan tidak memikirkannya.
